Me and my family came over from Thomas J Henrys office because they would not return my calls. We signed up with Herrman & Herrman and Steven Stratso. We couldnt be more happy to have him as our attorney on our case. He RETURNS our phone calls and answers almost everytime when we call. I am very disappointed at this law firm. I really did expect more. I had high expectations and was let down and mostly disappointed at the way they are handling things. I have been dealing with Lupe one of the paralegals there, and am very disappointed. I never get any feed back of such sort at all. I literally have to go into the office to get any feedback from him. And then while i am there he makes it seem like i am bothering him, or he has to take another phone call and rushes me out of his office. I literally feel like they are not interested at what i have to say at all. Today is December 22, 2014. I don't know what else to say about these people, oh yes i do. I just left the office of Lupe at Herrman & Herrman . This guy is a piece of work and so it Charlotte. They pretend to care, but honestly they don't. First of all let me go back a bit. Ever since i wrote this first comment about the law firm, oh yea they have called now. But wait not like you may think. Instead of these people being concerned about my case they are not. Ever since my testimony went up they have been asking me to take it down. Charlotte has been calling me non stop trying to get me to take down the quote. They have been going by my mothers house and have been calling my mother asking her about me and my where about. Charlotte came over to my mothers house while i was there and bought a small basket and kept going on and on about the firm. Not worried about or asking me about my case at all. Man for these past three weeks they have been asking me to take down this testimony because it is damaging to their law firm. Again not asking me about or worried about my case. Telling me how he is a people person and a mom and pop law firm how they care about their clients. Ha Ha WHAT A JOKE. I went into the office today because Lupe said he had news about my case, and what we could do. It was all a lie. He got me to the office just so i could use his computer to take down this testimony. Not worried about me at all. I told him i had gotten laid off. His reply " i thought you worked construction " I told him i did. but that i had gotten laid off. I also told him, that i have been out looking for work everyday all day. That my priorities were to look for work. I cant even move into the apartment i got because i don't have enough money. Did he care. I had to pawn my television to be able to come up with some money, and no was not enough. I cant even by Christmas gifts for my grand babies or family and most of all have no place to live and cant even make my car payment, But there only concern is for me to take down this testimony. I am a good christian person who would help anybody out, do they care or are they concerned NO. I have to finish this case on my own . And yet Charlotte has the nerve to tell me that he is concerned about everyone. Again DISAPPOINTMENT AFTER DISAPPOINTMENT. The thing that upsets me most is that i am a very happy person and today when i was in Lupe's office he lied to my face. He had his phone and told me it was his boss calling when it wasn't it was Charlotte. Then she calls to his office phone and tells him to keep me there that she is on her way. All her and Lupe wanted was for me to take down this testimony. I literally ran out of the office so so hurt that i wanted to cry right there and then. That is how bad i was hurt by them. I told them that was wrong of them to do that. Care and concern for the people NO NOT AT ALL. What a way to spend my Christmas all upset. With nothing.
