After shopping around for an affordable attorney, I found Mr. Spivey. Unlike the other attorneys that want to nickel and dime you for every little phone call or e-mail, he quoted me a flat fee for an agreed divorce and stuck to it. There were no "hidden fees" or unexpected charges. Gregory Spivey is definitely the best attorney for the money.

I hired Mr. Spivey to help me in an agreed divorce case involving children and a moderate amount of property. He was very knowledgeable about the law and made a difficult time less stressful. Although I NEVER plan on getting married (or divorced) in the future, I would certainly use Mr. Spivey again.

Mr. Spivey reresented me against my ex. We won our case but the way some things were handled from inception to post verdict was not to my satisfaction. Taking his advise to serve my ex at their workplace felt wrong. Public humiliation is flat out wrong. I would not want that done to me. The whole idea of doing that felt wrong from the start and I regret taking Mr. Spivey's advise to do that. Always listen to your gut feeling! Hey, none of us (including me) are perfect, right?

Referred to me by a coworker, Mr. Thau has been my attorney since 2008 and has exceeded all expectations. He is very professional and very well versed in case preparation. He doesn't waste time and he keeps the cost to a minimum. His staff is very helpful and courteous. Mr. Thau and staff keep a personable attorney/client relationship and delivered results when representing me in my two family law cases.
