THEY DO NOT PUT PAYING CLIENT NEEDS FIRST. Worst attorneys ever. Sarah did not do what was in my best interest, she did whatever she wanted to which was in the opposing part is best interest. Waste of my money and time. The staff and Sarah were also very poor at returning phone calls and emails, Keathley and KEATHLEY have a special app called “my case” they use which they STILL failed to return emails in a timely manner if they chose to at all. They basically were paid for nothing; Sarah nor her staff did not do their job as a law firm and represent me as they should have. Very negligent!!

Helpful and knowledgeable and caring

Do not have to have been a client to have an experience with these awful people. They are very judgemental and extremely insulting. Good thing I learned that in the first 2 minutes. Not sure how they could have gotten any good reviews without paying people.

My experience with Keathley was fine.

Did nothing for me or my case

Mr. and Mrs. Keathley are both excellent lawyers, handling both criminal as well as family cases. My husband and I have used them in both cases with outstanding performance in the court room and knowledgeable in their practice in law. We plan to keep them as our family attorneys over the years to come.

Worst experience with an attorney I've ever had. The communication and any sense of urgency was non-existent at best. My divorce case drug out for almost two years and was still in the beginning process. No kids involved, no real estate, no retirement, no large sums of money in savings. NO NOTHING!! Since I had to pay the fee up front, that is money I had to kiss goodbye. I would've been better off taking the money and flushing it down the toilet. If you like to be left in the dark about your case and don't care about updates and communication, then this is the place for you.. I have read a lot of good reviews for Steve, but unfortunately I cannot say the same for Sarah.

Very trustworthy attorney at law in Corsicana. Even though he didn’t represent us, he gave us resources to fix the situation ourselves.

I would never hire nor recommend this firm to take on a case. My family and I hired them to represent a family law case and they took on knowing that it was a conflict of interest since a plaintiff from other side had already met them to possibly represent them in the same matter. With that being said they did not represent my family member in the way that was promised since it was a “conflict of interest” and did not tell us until the day after the court hearing. Now that we have been informed after the fact it is going to take 7-14 days for our retainer to be refunded. I feel like they unlawfully took the money thinking they could just get away it.
