Going through any family court case is rarely desirable, especially for someone who is a new parent that has little to no knowledge of the conservatorship process. Add this along with the constant anxiety of if you're doing the right thing as a parent and you got yourself a slight rocky road ahead of you, but not one that is undrivable. Kathy and her team were there for me every step of the way. Eliminating doubts, providing solutions and most importantly, creating this best possible outcome for the child and everybody involved. As many times as I called with concerns on certain matters, they always respond sincere and honest. I strongly recommend this incredible team, that is always more than willing to do whatever it takes to ensure you get the best possible representation there is. Mrs. Kathy from the get go was so very professional and has an amazing southern hospitality about her, I had hired her to handle my divorce and I have to say I was not disappointed!! The combination of Mrs. Kathy and her assistant Ashly cannot be beat! I was so pleased that even though my divorce is final I still keep Mrs. Kathy on retainer just incase I have to for lack of a better term let the dogs out! If you’re reading this review it’s because you’re probably going through a similar situation as me, please don’t make the mistake of NOT hiring Mrs. Kathy White and Ashly!!

Mrs White and her entire team are beyond wonderful. I was exhausted and ready to give up when I called and bless her heart she made it all right. She cared about my kids and their well being above all else. She was fair in all she did, was honest and truthful with me and never pushed me to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with. She took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood 100%. Her team is amazing and gave more than 110% on everything. They took the time to get to know me and my kids and who we were as people. Mrs white and her team are a rare find in that field because they care deeply for their clients and make sure that they know it. I could give so many examples of how Mrs White and Ashley consoled me, kept me sane, moving forward and always treated me like I was the #1 client every time I called. When I was ready to give up Mrs white, Ashely and the whole team held my hand pulled me up and made sure we got what we needed. Divorce is awful adding in kids is worse but she faught for us and made sure we got everything we needed. I can’t imagine you’d find anyone better than Mrs. White and her amazing team!!!

I was facing a custody dispute with my two-year old son's mother, we had an agreed order in place originally, split custody where she got Mon/Tues nights, I got Wed/Thurs nights, and we alternated weekends. It was a great arrangement for both of us and the best scenario for our son. His mom was still bitter over our past relationship and less than a year into our arrangement she became upset with me and filed a motion to modify. I'm an attorney (with family law experience) and was comfortable discussing the proposed modification pro-se, with her attorney. After a couple months of back and forth we reached an agreement, no change in our custody arrangement, basically no change at all except that she wanted the ability to have me drug tested, which I was fine with. All that was left was signatures. Then mom became upset with me about something totally unrelated, backed out of the proposed agreement, fired her attorney, hired a new one, AND FILED FOR A PROTECTIVE ORDER. She was not only seeking full custody now, she was trying to keep me from seeing my son for at least two years. I was shocked and quite frankly scared to death. It was completely frivolous, but who knows what the judge would believe. I was served with the protective order out of the blue, after work on a Wednesday during Spring Break of 2022. I called two attorneys the next day, both were on vacation. Immediately panic mode set in and here I was, facing a temporary ex parte protective order and was basically representing myself in a case that could ultimately end up in me not being able to see my only son for AT LEAST two years... by the grace of God I came across Kathy White's profile on one of these websites. She was from the same hometown as me, so I figured what the heck, I called and spoke with her assistant. I told her my story and they immediately set up an online consultation for the following day. I was nervous as anyone could ever be, it was awful. I couldn't sleep or eat or think of anything else other than the possibility of losing my son. The next day came and as soon – and I mean AS SOON as my meeting with Ms. White began – I started to feel at ease. By the end of our short, 30-minute meeting, I was elated. I knew I’d found the right person to represent me. From that point on, I was still stressed and concerned as anyone should be, but I was confident in my attorney and her representation of me. Long story short, the protective order was dismissed, DISMISSED, and after mediation, an agreement as to the modification was reached. No change in custody. No child support (I had already agreed to cover costs of all medical and daycare pursuant to the original agreement with mom). Even the drug testing, which I was fine with originally, was included so as to require both of us, not just me, to submit to drug testing upon the request of the other party. It was long, and arduous, but in the end, my custody situation was better off than when it started, and my relationship with my son’s mom is actually better now than it was when we first split up. Kathy White did the dirty work for me, without even playing dirty. She just did her job, a GREAT freaking job, and I owe so much to her and her staff for it. My family and I had a case that was concerning a very difficult situation. Kathy was very compassionate about it. She was extremely competent, passionate about our case. When I walked into Kathys office I was desperate for help I had two attorneys prior that couldn’t finish my divorce they told me this guys is too much of a criminal too smart too this or that, We can’t. That’s all they ever said. they never had a drive to get it. No matter my outcry for help, my desperation to live in peace was in their hands and they just withdrew.
