Erik Smith was amazing while we were fighting my case! He kept in contact and kept me trying to think positive. At the end he was able to get my case dismissed! I have and will recommend Erik again and again. I can not tell him thank you enough!

Approximately 4 months ago I was arrested and charged under false accusations for a crime I did NOT commit. I had recently been released from TDC for stupid things I chose to do as a young adult. For several months I was incarcerated in Harris County in fear of losing my freedom completely. My family and myself were at a loss with no one providing advise or answers. That all changed when a family friend recommended Mr Erik Smith. Almost immediately after my mom reached out to Mr Smith he agreed to accept my case. He came to see me (which no one had done). I don’t know if that was due to Covid-19 or lack of interest. Either way, meeting Mr Smith changed my future! Within the 1st week and a half, not only had Mr Smith consulted with me, Erik Smith got my charges DISMISSED! He was diligent about working with my Parole officer and speaking with the Parole Board on my behalf. He knew who to contact to implement my release. And did so without fail. He kept me and my family advised on what to expect throughout the entire process due to the parole board having a hold on me. I am now a free man working on rebuilding my life. I know I wouldn’t be saying that today without the concern, knowledge and determination of Mr Erik Smith. I would and will HIGHLY recommend Mr Smith to anyone in need of an attorney that will take charge of a dire situation and come out with POSITIVE RESULTS!
