Farid Moghadassi has my utmost respect for handling my DWI case with such poise and integrity. I retained Mr. Moghadassi to represent me in court for a DWI charge that was filed against me. He spent a great deal of time organizing, preparing and analyzing the case. He was in constant communication with me regarding my criminal case from day 1 –he listened to my questions and concerns and would always respond in a timely manner even if it was after business hours. The day of my court hearing, Farid arrived early-fully prepared. He presented his case... he was very effective and efficient…My DWI case was dismissed! Farid has a vast knowledge of the law and puts it to use in the court room.

Farid answered the phone when I called from the first time I called or returned it the same day. He is very intelligent and a very kind person. Because of the slow system for getting blood work results my DWI case dragged on for 2.5 + years. The case has finally been dismissed .He was very reassuring and helped dealing with the stress of waiting with his kind voice tone and reassuring words along with the actual facts and risks. Farid was referred to me by attorney friend who indicated that if he needed an attorney that he would hire Farid to represent him without hesitation! That's all I needed to hear! Farid is the quintessential professional who is patient, conscientious and always went the extra mile on my behalf. Given my hectic work schedule, he always made himself available for me on Saturday mornings and even at 8:45pm on a Sunday evening! Who does that, lol! ? While I ultimately pleaded no contest on my DWI charge, Farid was able to get the DPS surcharge fees waived, in essence saving me $3,000 of drivers license fees! Several attorneys approached him after our hearing and congratulated him for getting these fees waived as they hadn't seen such as a precedent before and wanted to know how he was able to pull it off! Indeed a sign of professional respect from his peers! The office support staff was very friendly and professional! I am very picky and have high expectations...and Farid exceeded them! Proud to have him as my attorney on any future legal matters!
