If I could give 10 stars, I would...extremely professional...I can't recommend them enough.

Bradley Congdon and I had a very informative and helpful telephonic interview relating to my potential need for legal representation in a Probate matter. During the interview, Mr. Congdon informed me of several matters potentially effecting my need for representation which were very helpful. If I should go forward in the exploration of this matter, I would feel very confident in the choice of Mr. Congdon to represent my interests.

Susan was very patient and asked all the right questions to begin moving my probate process along during our initial consultation. I was very comfortable talking to her and she offered some suggestions that were very helpful. Looking forward to moving through the process to get it completed.

I reached out to Lauren after coming out of my closet praying for my daughter LITERALLY (Matthew Chapter 6). I googled "best family attorney near me" and Lauren's name popped up. I leaped out on faith having done the works and called Lauren. Lauren told me from the first time that we met exactly what was going to happen. I previously had a trash 🗑️🚮 attorney but Lauren unscrambled my previous attorneys eggs literally and I have full custody of my daughter. To the father's who unfortunately have to deal with Texas courts and actually want to be involved in their child's life, don't go with any other attorney. You'll regret it later! Don't procrastinate I've been there, just go ahead and get it over with. I just can't say enough, Lauren answers every email, text, Facebook,IG message, fax too I'm sure if I ever needed to send one lol.

These guys have one of the most expensive services and the worst overall customer service. Bianca is the worst assistant anyone can find. She is rude and feels like she is doing a favour for you whereas you are paying heavily for the service. I will not recommend them to my enemy. They barely communicate with you for updates. In fact, you might be lucky to get an update on your case from them only when you call them. Again, you might be lucky to get the update. They only care about 3 things: Your money, your money, and your money. They do not care about the people.

I was a wreck , before finding Lauren. When I tell many people this I want them to firmly believe this as they read. My child was taken from me and Lauren fought for me to have my 4 month old baby. She understood where I was coming from. Every time, I was worried I always was reminded “ I got you “ and SHE MEANT just that. Lauren had help me gain sole custody of my new born baby. Thank you so much Lauren. You’ve helped me a long ways. This is a memory I will ALWAYS cherish. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. ❤️
