Mr. Lowe did a fantastic job on my son's case. I could not ask for more. I wish we would have found him when the case was new and we would have a different outcome. I will recommend Mr. Lowe to anyone that needs representation.

I contacted Michael Lowe for help with my son. Upon contacting his office he called back within a matter of minutes. He spoke with me first by phone and then face to face in his office. His office staff was a great help in guiding me to his office in Downtown Dallas as I was not really familiar with downtown. He was eager to help and answer all of our questions. Each time I called he returned my call within minutes. Having been an Assistant DA in Dallas I felt he would know the system quite well and he did. One of the best choices you can make if you are having a legal issue is to hire a good criminal attorney. Under the 2014 sentencing guidelines I was facing 37 months of incarceration and not eligible for probation at all. When Michael took over my case it was already too damaged by my previous attorney and me, it took almost two years of Michael’s negotiations, ideas for cooperation when we finally got the notice that the prosecutor’s office was ready for a 5-year probation period with some conditions and a millionaire restitution fee. Again, Michael’s negotiations and skills worked very well by bringing that fee to the low 5% of the original amount and the court allowed me to split it over 5 years. Michael was always objective and professional in regards of my case and serious situation; he never delegated key issues to an assistant and he was always available to answer my questions in a timely manner. I was overlooking for a very short sentence and by getting my probation accepted I could not believe it at first; it was like hitting the jackpot at lotto. Still no attorney can guarantee any results; hiring Michael was one of the best decisions I have ever made. What I learned from my case: find an excellent criminal attorney and never cooperate with federal agents or agencies unless there is a formal contract between the prosecutor’s office and your attorney. If the prosecutor does not approve your cooperation it will be used against you at all times. I hope I will never have to see a criminal attorney in my life again, other than recommending his business to a friend or perhaps for lunch. Thank you for everything.

Attorney Michael Lowe did an outstanding job representing my son and dealing with an uncooperative prosecutor, in my son's drug indictment. He was very responsive both during the case and even after sentencing, when questions needed to be answered. Subsequently my son's case had to be reopened and Michael went above and beyond, to explain the likely outcome. If you have need for a strong counselor and advocate for a criminal matter, Michael is excellent.

I called Michael and felt he was too cocky so I hired an attorney who has been in practice since the seventies. That attorney took my money and tried to get a "deal" for me(I was not looking for a deal). When I wouldn't accept the "deal" he wanted a LOT more money just to set my case for trial. I called Michael, he said he would make the case go away. I paid him a third of what the other attorney wanted and he set my case for trial. Michael gave me best and worst case scenarios, all were acceptable. We walked out of court with the best case "dismissed". He is very agressive. Thanks, Micheal

Mr. Lowe is an excellent DWI lawyer. He assisted me in a right direction to get the bast out of my DWI case. I had two DWI cases and he was able to dismiss one as well as he was able to expunge that case. Now I have only one DWI case in the database. He helped me to take classes instead of taking jail time and heavy penalties. I would strongly recommend Mr. Lowe to anyone who is looking for a DWI lawyer. Micheal Lowe is a great lawyer! He got me the minimum sentence on a drug charge i could have received serious double digit time for back in 2010.
