They were able to get us compensation that otherwise for sure would not have received dealing directly with the manufacturer. It was helpful to have representation to navigate this issue. We would use again if we had a problem.

They can delete bad reviews. These lawyers are trash. Do yourself a favor and don’t call them.

I am very grateful and feel very heard. Although they could not take my case, Toi Tennessee was absolutely amazing, she called me the same day regarding the inquiry I submitted and referred me to a different office. I spoke with someone at a different law firm earlier today, where I felt shut down quickly and wasn't given options. Toi, truly listened and sympathized, if Daspit law firm is on your side, I'm sure you're in great hands.

I was able to receive a call back after leaving an honest negative review of the poor treatment I have received from Daspit Law. Unfortunately, Mr. Capps did not send over my medical documents. Instead, he sent me another patients medical records which is in fact a HIPAA violation. Is this a place of business that’s so overloaded with cases that they are unable to maintain them properly and with professionalism? I would like to encourage everyone to seek representation elsewhere as I have still not received my medical records from the pain management center that I was referred to by Daspit Law.

After being falsely persuaded that I had a “case”, Daspit law firm set me up to go through treatment even though an injury claim was never opened with the insurance company. They failed to communicate with me during the process of treatment and ultimately dropped my case a year later without my knowledge. I have attempted a number of time to retrieve my medical records from Daspit Law in which, they are withholding from me and refuse to return my calls or discuss my former case with me. This is the most unprofessional and shady law firm that I have ever encountered. If i could leave zero I definitely would. Jared Capps, please give me a call so I may move forward with receiving my medical records.

Would not recommend. I called after searching on Google and finding an informative article on their website. The woman who answered cut me off before I even finished speaking, asked me one question and said the firm would not take my case. That’s fine, but the manner in which this woman was SO. rude. Non helpful. Another big box corporation just out for money.
