I did not meet any of these people in person. We only had phone calls and emails. They were very nice and very helpful. And they won our case for us. If I every need help again I it definitely choose this law firm. Thanks again for all their help....

My wife and I thought it would be a waste of time, but with no out of pocket costs, a couple of phone calls and a few emails Allen Stewart settled a breach of warranty claim for us - for much more than we expected. Only took about 90 days, start to finish, and communication was always open and results from our point of view were fantastic! Can't recommend this firm highly enough for lemon law/warranty breach claims.

Bonan Link represented me against Ford for a lemon they had sold me. She negotiated a buy back, from Ford, in which she/her firm received 3,500 and I received 960. I was told that I would get more from my refunds for the gap coverage, extended warranty, and prepaid services. I accepted the deal believing that we would both get about the same amount of money in the end. I turned my car over to Ford on 9/24/17. As soon as that was done and Ford sent them their check all assistance stopped. It is now 12/9/17 and I have yet to see a refund from the Ford dealership and she refuses to help me collect even though I paid 3500 for services. Her response to me was "So sorry to hear that you are having all this trouble with the dealership regarding the refund on the additional warranties you purchased. I can well understand your frustration. However, as we have discussed and I have written in the past, these additional items you purchased, at the time that you bought the car, are outside of the confines of the case".
The part where she discussed it with me was well after I had already agreed to have Ford buy it back. If you are looking for a lemon law lawyer I highly recommend that you avoid this firm and Bonan. She is in it for herself not her client! I am proof
