My experience with Hamilton Wingo, LLC has been everything I would have ever expected from a law firm. I was skeptical after being denied by the other drivers insurance I was just going to be left with no transportation, piles of doctor bills, permanent damage from the crash and loss of wages. Being a single mom.. that was scary. I was given the phone number by someone who said call them they are the best and if they can’t win than no one could. He was correct! From the first phone call I made to Hamilton Wingo, I felt so comfortable just with the words of inspiration and truth. Paul, Ray, Lelia, Sandra the entire office always found the time to take my call or meet with me. They fought hard to see that I received from the fatal crash what I deserved. The entire staff here truly care for you and want to do everything they can to help you and always honest even if the news wasn’t what I wanted to hear they were fighting for me! They also won my case and did better than I even imagined!!! My gratitude to all of the amazing people that made me feel like I was not only fragile but also as if I was their friend is more than my words could ever express. Thank you!!

During the worst time in your life this firm will be your port in an unbearable storm. I had the fortune of personally knowing one founders of this firm before ever needing his services. Only speaking with him a handful of times during the process (he is a busy guy) , I was completely blown away with the level of professionalism and personal attention I received during my case. I hired Hamilton Wingo due to an automobile incident after the insurance company offered me less than $3000 to walk away. HW handled everything seamlessly from medical providers to filing suit. Prior to all the inconvenience of depositions, mediation and trial, they were successful in getting the insurance company to tender the full policy limit to settle my claim. I'm very please and will use them in the future should I have a need to do so.
