I am so thankful to Paul Wingo and his entire firm!! From start to finish they were there for me the entire time! I am so grateful to have had them on my case! I can’t thank them enough, this firm is highly recommended if you’re ever in an accident!

David Ross (lawyer) is a rare find when looking for a lawyer- he is concise, efficient, friendly and is able to work with you regardless of any knowledge gaps. He is the first lawyer I have met that genuinely cares about the best outcome for his clients who is willing to explain everything you need to know in a way you'd understand. My only issue is that I wish he was specialized in more types of law so that we can hire him as our lawyer for everything!!

Hamilton Wingo helped me after someone ran a stop sign and totaled my car. They made sure my medical bills were taken care of and any future medical costs due to the accident would be covered as well. I was always kept well informed of the progress of my case and I felt that it was handled as well as could be expected. When something like this happens, you have that worry in the back of your mind of the high medical bills and will the responsible party be held accountable or will you have to pay out of pocket. I felt at ease from the moment they took my case and could not recommend them enough.

My case was underway the another law firm, when I met the Hamilton, Wingo staff. Immediately the team began to reassure me that I was in good hands. This awesome team did not disappoint. I was contacted one a week for the first few months and then ever two once the case was stalled on a technicality. I was very impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail to my case. We were in a bad accident requiring surgery and almost a year of physical therapy. The insurance company stalled, delayed and talked down to us.
