These are the most unprofessional, rude people I've ever dealt with...robotic tone, condescending attitude, and a feeling that they can't wait to get you off the phone...tried calling their office for 2 tickets I wanted to take care of, and ended up hanging up on the receptionist who couldn't have been more unprofessional....hopefully someone above the admin assistants sees this review and fires all these rude little toads because it's costing them business....

Got a speeding ticket in Dallas,say they can get tickets dismissed, well mine did not get dismissed,and it was only 42 in a 35,so I still paid fine,and the lawyer.not that good
