The staff were all great. Any and all questions I had or calls I made were returned quickly. Everyone was very polite and respectful. Would definitely recommend and will be using again if I need them. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work.

They were always communicating with me, asking if I had questions and keeping me updated on the progress. If I had to use them again, I definitely would and I would most definitely advise you to use them! Yaritza always communicated whether it was a phone call, email or text! Again, everyone I communicated with was professional! The paralegal I was working with experienced storm damage and they didn’t let my case fall through the cracks! Again, definitely recommend Stewart J. Guss and team!

The team at this office made life easy after my accident. There was good communication, they got me the care I needed, and a good settlement. Thank you!

For low impact and minimal injuries… do yourself a favor and research personal injury law for the state of Alabama and keep your money. If you want to be represented for the sake of fixing your car that is not something that any personal injury firm will do. Call the billing office for the providers that treated you (including EMS) negotiate a low payment plan (trust me they won’t argue if you offer them $2.00… they just want your bill paid). Save yourself the “we only collect if we settle for you” spill from ANY firm and handle it yourself. Not paying a firm the “contingency fees” and handling this yourself will save you money, stress, and hassle of hiring a middle man. Please see the letter mailed to me recently (it came this week) in an unsealed envelope of which contains personal and confidential subject matter that is never to be handled with such recklessness and disregard for their “clients”. Feel free to screenshot and zoom in to see that this was never sealed.
