I had a car that had been in and out of the shop for several months at a time over a year and a half and Hyundai couldn't seem to get it fixed. So I reached out to these guys to see what my options were. They walked me through my options and were ultimately able to negotiate a buyback from Hyundai for me so that I could get something that worked.

I must say, not going through a lemon law case, I was skeptical of this actually completing but everything was done as stated and the team at Allen Stewart PC did a fantastic job. The vehicle was purchased back by the manufacturer and the Team communicated with me throughout the process. Thank you to the Allen Stewart Team. I highly recommend this firm.

I could not recommend more! They listen to our problems and let us know all possible out comes and time frames. They always picked up the phone or called us back and answered our questions when we would have one in a timely manner. They set expectations on outcome and time frame and ended up over delivering on what they originally said and had it all wrapped up faster than they originally said. Thank you Aaron and staff for setting reasonable expectations, keeping us in the loop, and listening to our problems with our vehicle. We can’t thank you enough for your help.

With having a case that we ended up having to go thru this law firm. They went above and beyond helping us when my husband and I didn’t have enough knowledge and needed extra help with it. They ensured that they walked us thru everything, ensured that we knew what to expect even when things were in a few different views, and taking us thru the process they had to go through. Aaron Waldo with Allen Stewart was patient and listened to what I had to say. He made sure that my concerns in my paper work were spelled to where I was comfortable moving forward with my suit. And he answered and spent time counseling me during the process patiently. I received a settlement even when I was not sure there was anything I could do, or get when I first contacted his company. I think they did a great job and made the scary process of court system more comfortable, for someone who is ignorant with legal jargon and system as I am.

My experience with attorney Aaron Waldon at Allen Stewart was an execellent one. From my first conversation to my last, he was very professional and knowledgeable with Lemon law/Breach of warrenty. Aaron helped me get conpensation for my troubles after my unfortunate luck with my lemon truck. When I had no idea on what to do and at a loss, it was a relief when they told me they could help.
