Horrible, HORRIBLE, front desk customer service! It's unbelievable, how front desk picks up the phone & how extremely rude she responds. As a PROFESSIONAL, GROWN ADULT, working in the field YOU CHOSE, YOU should really reconsider how you carry/represent yourself & the company! LITERALLY, if you DO NOT LIKE HELPING PEOPLE (your only tasks) answering the phone & write down messages, what in the world are YOU DOING THERE? YOU are the 1st person is us clients speaks too. That whole negativie energy you carry yourself with is so overwhelming! Show more respect & gratitude towards others. I think I feel more embarrassed for you than your damn self! I honestly don't know what's wrong with this female. If this was a 1 time calling experience I guess it would have been ok. But NO! IVE LITERALLY CALLED THIS FACILITY 5X & EVERY SINGLE TIME SHE ANSWERS THE SAME WAY! She makes you feel so uncomfortable, unwelcomed, like if she's ROYALTY & your nothing but a burden calling her desk! Lol poor girl, she really needs a new job where she is happy & not like she has a stick up her a*** just saying. Every single person calling your work place are already dealing with so much stress & for you to act the way you do MAKES MATTERS WORSE. YOUR attitude literally made me loose hope! Its been 5 days that I've been calling in hopes to get legal help & I had no luck just yet. It's a real shame to have employees like YOURSELF, in a field like this. You should feel ashamed of yourself!!!!!!!!!!!!

For someone not familiar with legal issues I was only trying to figure out what to do. The operator was very rude and hung up on me in the end. I am already stressed about my issue, I would think social services employees would be more sensitive to inquires.

These people have moved from 1515 mainst. due to Covid. They have not returned. I can't make calls on this phone even on wifi and by the time you complete the registration, you feel like throwing everything out in the trash. I don't think they want to deal with the honeless mano y mano.

Don't waste your time. You rather do your own research and try your luck by yourself.

Mr. Jenkins over there isn't a help to nothing. It's like once he herd I knew a little bit about law and that we would win our case plus counter sue he started acting real unprofessional. This is the type of people we don't need that's put in a position to help.

I called them today and the lady I spoke with was so negative I mean literally there was no words or encouragement at all all she did was talk negative to me and basically tell me there no hope for my case and tell me negative advice these people aren’t helpful all they’re gonna do is talk down on you and give you the worst advise and discourage you from getting attorney they don’t give legal advice they talk down on you and make you feel horrible about you situation they’re words are discriminating and disgusting you will waist your time

I do not recommend these services. I didn't want to rate a one star. I'm sorry to the people that have no other choice but to come to legal aid services. I went to three of their offices here in Dallas Tx. I talked with the people in each office and one of the lawyers told me that I was going to have to let my case go because it wasn't going anywhere. The problem with that is I saw a man on the news with his lawyer. That had the same civil case against a company here in Dallas Texas. And his lawyer didn't tell his client that he was going to have to let it go. He was talking to the news WITH his client trying to hold the company accountable. I had a different situation several years ago and needed legal help. So I went to the office on Main Street. here in Dallas Texas. I did everything that I was instructed to do just like I did in my previous situation. And as a result nothing worked out. I hope that if you have no other choice but to use their services. I hope that they will help you in your situation. And hopefully you won't be disappointed.

It's funny that this agency will soon need legal aid for misusing taxpayer money.

My husband was trying to get a legal aid lawyer and he was trying to explain about his situation with these two females manipulating the system and the lady was very rude saying he making everything up and don't talk about Ken Paxton he wasn't talking about him he was saying one of the females is connected with Ken Paxton. So when he ask for her name she hang up in his face. I don't know how she can be in trouble for doing that because all phone calls are being recorded with every customers.
