I hired Michael to handle a false domestic violence case. My wife had a nervous breakdown one day and I ended up calling 911 to counsel her. ( big mistake ). In return, I got arrested for a domestic violence case. I knew, that police didn't have any evidence against me but I really wanted to be sure of the outcome. I immediately contacted Michael and hired him in my case. Fast forward few months later, DA office rejected my case and informed us not to file it. I am sure Michael had done his work behind the desk to get this favorable outcome. he was very responsive to any text/call we had for him. I would definitely recommend Michael for and DV related case as he is very experienced and knowledgable with the process. I wish him all the best.

My case was particularly screwy and I was in a bind that needed fixing. Even though I was innocent, I needed someone smart to help me get out of the mess. I thought I could fight it alone since I was innocent but that's not how the system works. Michael was able to CALM me, educate me on the process, and come up with better solutions that ended up freeing me from my trouble. He was smart and consistent and I would for sure hire him or tell my friends to!

I hired Micheal Lowe like 3years ago but I never got around to the review site until now. But I NEED to make this statement. This man not only helped me fast and easy but he saved my life. I would have lost custody of my child if it wasn’t for mr Lowe. I was facing out of state serious charges and a lot of jail time. Which mr Lowe got my cases dismissed, no jail time. No nothing. I dropped to my knees and cried in thankfulness for me finding mr Lowe. I am home with my child and free from those horrible charges in the thanks of micheal Lowe. Michael lowe took really good care of me and my cases yes cases I had 5 cases pending on me and he got 2 of them dismissed and got me on an easy probation for the rest and if you complete it successfully it won't get on your record, my cases were all over the news yes it was on the news, I really thought I was going to do jail time and all my friends and family also thought I was going to jail time because it was really serious cases but thank god i didnt and thank Michael Lowe for making sure i didnt do any jail time. I highly recommend Michael lowe to work on your felonies and misdemeanors if you don't wanna go to jail he will take on anything even if the cases that were on the news. I was facing a life changing charge that you can't resolve without some horsepower & knowledge. I interviewed a couple of potential attorneys; some recommended, some unsolicited. I didn't feel they had what I needed. I then found Michael Lowe through some well spent research. I called his office and in 10 minutes I got a call back from Micheal himself, not some newbie associate. We talked on the phone for at least 45 minutes and we set an interview (AFTER HOURS)!!! I've been unfortunate enough to need help in the past and never had such a good first impression of a lawyer. I asked how much to resolve my case. I paid what he asked. It was steep (in other words, no new car this year) but worth EVERY penny!!!! Micheal got me the best result I could have expected given the charges & circumstances. He didn't BS me with promises. FIRTST ARREST EVER ON THE SCALE I WAS LOOKING AT (FELONY AROUND JUNE)... I WASNT SURE WHAT THE F*** WAS GOING ON. MET HIM THAT DAY, (FREE CONSULTATION) TALKED ABOUT OPTIONS TO PROCEDE DECIDED TO USE HIS REPRESENTATION AT 5K. HIS STAFF WAS ALLWAYS HELPFULL AND DIDNT BOTHER DEALING WITH ME ON A WEEKLY BASES. HE INITIALLY TOLD ME IN THE GRAND JURY PHASE WE WOULD BE FINE, AT FIRST. THEN SAID HE WASNT SURE OF GETTING IT NO BILLED, AND OFFERED ANOTHER STRATEGY, TERRIBLE IN MY OPINION. COME OCTOBER SAME YEAR, I WAS NO BILLED AND LOOKING FORWARD TO MY EXPUNCTION IN 2015 WITH NO RECORD. I RECOMMEND THIS GUY EVEN IF HIS ADVICE IS STRONG AT TIMES, HE KNOWS HIS STUFF.

When I met Michael he made me feel very comfortable about how we would defend my case. He is extremely knowlegdeable of the federal court system and well connected with the system. He was always was straight forward and never mislead me in any way realted to the case. He also made sure I was kept informed regarding the status of my case. Highly reccomend him for any federal criminal law related issues.

Mr Lowe took money from me for services that were never performed for which he totally convinced me, basically lied to me, we would win my case if we took it to trial but if you read the fine print of the contract there are NO REFUNDS regardless of whether you pay him for a trial or not or for anything for that matter. I paid him 4000.00 for a trial that he convinced me we WOULD win and then we NEVER went to trial upon his advice and prior to convincing me to pay for trial I had to pay for the initial representation as well which not cheap either 3500.00 (AGAIN FINE PRINT NO REFUNDS). After paying him in full while we were walking into the court room to announce "Ready for Trial" he then told me we would not win the trial as before this he was convinced we would win while I was writing the check out. He discussed it with me and said he recommended we not go but never offered me a refund. He is NOT concerned about the CLIENT only concerned about getting money upfront for non performance because it is not refundable. I work in a professional public environment and I know a lot of people and I would NEVER recommend him to any of my peers. I have already been asked by peers and told them DO NOT USE Mr Lowe. I am still sitting on the fence as to whether or not I am going to file a complaint with the BAR. I believe if you do not perform a service morally you should give the money back especially if he said it would not be a good idea to go to trial the day of my court when he had said on more than one occasion this was an easy win. Needless to say I lost my case and am out 8500.00. Which I think I should get the 4000.00 back since it was his idea to go to trial and then backed out of it. He is not interested in winning your case he is interested in the revenue he is bringing in. In this questionaire it asks what type of case did he handle for me ... It really does not matter what case it was, he out right lied to me and did not get all the evidence he needed to win the case and fully new he was not prepared when he showed up for court hence recommending a NO TRIAL suggestion. I felt helpless at that point and totally alone in the courtroom where I was suppose to have competent representation. NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ATTORNEY for even a simple legal case such as simple case of Power of Attorney and you can do that yourself with the proper paperwork. He is a great talker when it comes to wanting your business. After he gets it you won't hear from him asking you for information on your case nor for anything else that could be vital and extremely pertinent. He relies totally on the police reports and basically believes them and ignores your story.

Michael was great help in my case. He filled me in on everything that would happen and helped me though the whole process. He worked hard and got my case dismissed!

I have used Michael Lowe on several occasions, and each time the results far exceeded my expectations. I have referred family and friends who report back 100% satisfaction on each case.
