Bonan Link represented me against Ford for a lemon they had sold me. She negotiated a buy back, from Ford, in which she/her firm received 3,500 and I received 960. I was told that I would get more from my refunds for the gap coverage, extended warranty, and prepaid services. I accepted the deal believing that we would both get about the same amount of money in the end. I turned my car over to Ford on 9/24/17. As soon as that was done and Ford sent them their check all assistance stopped. It is now 12/9/17 and I have yet to see a refund from the Ford dealership and she refuses to help me collect even though I paid 3500 for services. Her response to me was "So sorry to hear that you are having all this trouble with the dealership regarding the refund on the additional warranties you purchased. I can well understand your frustration. However, as we have discussed and I have written in the past, these additional items you purchased, at the time that you bought the car, are outside of the confines of the case". The part where she discussed it with me was well after I had already agreed to have Ford buy it back. If you are looking for a lemon law lawyer I highly recommend that you avoid this firm and Bonan. She is in it for herself not her client! I am proof

I am out of state and was the executor to my father's estate. I had hired Spencer Law to assist me. I had hoped to work with Kevin Spencer, however was assigned to Ms. Wales. She treated me like a number, not a person throughout what should have been a simple estate. She did a very poor job explaining to me the process of probate, and the estate closure process in general. She was rude and condescending to my many questions. She would not communicate via phone - only email which is very difficult when trying to understand how an estate works. Do your research. Managing an estate when grief stricken is very difficult. Hire an attorney that will be your ally, not just go after the estate's money.
