Jay is very helpful and i brought documents that weren't his specialty and he still was very willing to see the documents and told me everything was good and he didnt charge me for seeing the documents

My family is out of state and the law firm was recommended to us for an accident that happened in Dallas. Jay was on top of things right away and explained our options. He kept me well informed and was very professional. He settled the case to my satisfaction. I would recommend this firm. They are very thorough and I believe they will fight for their clients. However, it has been over a month and I have been reaching out to him to clarify some information and he has not called or replied. We are still waiting on the settlement. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to the recent events.

Mr. Jay and Jan has always been great in handling my family cases and work to get the issues resolved as soon as possible. The receptionist staff in the office has always been nice on the phone and in office visits. I've had a couple of cases, my son had a case, and of course my husband who introduced me to them has had some cases with them. They always stayed in contact to keep us updated on what was going on, promptly returned calls, and made themselves readily available as needed even when it meant Jan traveling all the way to my job when I couldn't take off.
