Highly recommend attorney! They will truly fight for you. I’ve had to reach Attorney David Burns on the weekend and just sent him a simple text because I knew he was off the clock. Not only did he text within five minutes but he took out the time to pick up the phone and call me. Jim is great at returning phone calls as well and his payment plans are great! I’ve had to go to court several times with my husband and never once were they late! If you’re in need of an attorney Jim is the guy for the job. PROMISE YOU WON”T BE DISAPPOINTED! !

Let me start by saying this law firm is the best they worked my son cases in one of the toughest judges Dallas county courts he was dealing with an aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon charges and multiple felony charges in different counties they got that aggravated drop down and he was looking at 20 years sentence and he walked away with 8 years DJ probation meet with jim and walked us step by step in dealing with cases like this he was very nice any questions we had he was able to answer them and they we meet some more of his colleagues Huma she made us feel comfortable she worked her but off in this case she even gave me homework that would help with my son case she was there the whole way with him with questions he even had for the judge she asked them and David he gets things done with out my son being there for courts dates yeah that’s right he has 3 amazing ATTORNEYS that’s gets the job done if I could have them 20 stars 🌟 im very happy with the services we received from this team yall rock

Jim and his team advocated for me every step of the way. I can't recommend his team highly enough. His mix of experience with other firms as well as for the public defenders office afford him both the experience and the professional network to get his clients the best possible outcome. He is very knowledgeable and an excellent communicator, explaining all the details of the process in order to help me understand. Had a VERY lengthy pre-trial, followed by a slow trial, thanks of course to inexperienced Assistant DA's working in tandem with the tragic incompetence of the criminal justice system as a whole. Jim was able to fight for a much more desirable outcome than what the room temperature IQ folks in the DA's office initially offered. Hiring Jim ultimately saved me money as well because the opportunity cost of not hiring him would have been much higher (double to triple the jail time.) I would like to thank Spangler Law for the amazing work they did for my cousin. My family and I called Jim Spangler late October 2023 to assist with the case. We were immediately pleased with how Jim took his time explaining everything about the case. He returned all of our calls no matter how late. Within a couple week’s David Burns had set up a Bond Hearing. Mr. Burns was patient and thorough walking us step by step through the Bond Hearing process and answering all our questions. My cousin who was incarcerated spoke highly about how he could call David or Jim from jail and was able to speak with them whenever he needed. They also visited him regularly keeping him up to date with his case. Spangler Law really cares about their clients as well as their families. I contacted Mr Spangler after I was told, he fights for dismissals. However, he assigned my case to Mr burns, which turned out to be a great decision. He really cares about his clients. I went from a 2nd felony to a misdeanor A. I hired him on the misdeanor A shooting but in the end, we got a dismissal. The goal for me was a trial but all it really is about is winning.
