So my experience with this law firm started out with a very frustrating first phone call on my part not theirs I had just been in a car accident and then to the emergency room and then to a private physician that told me that I had to pay upfront for my surgery upon more information that the law firm gave me I ended up going to our city hospital here in Dallas where they decided that I had three fractures in my foot and needed surgery as soon as my foot would stop swelling so at that time I had to wait a month in order to get my surgery so already lots of pain and frustration however my coordinator Emily was wonderful and helped me through everything the step-by-step process with Stewart J . Guss law firm is amazing they-outline everything upfront so you know what's going on and they keep in touch with you every step of the way they treat you like family so in my humble opinion this is the best law firm to go to. It's been just about one year from the accident and two surgeries later and I have received my settlement and I'm very happy thank you so much again team.

I was rear-ended in dec at a traffic light in Burleson. Not ever being in situation like this. So I called Stewart Guss and rest is history. Friendly upbeat staff even if you call multiple times in 1 day they tend to everything making the process less stressful as can be. With rehab 3 times a week and dr visits twice a week and not being able to work turned life upside down quickly. So I weighed heavily on guss's team (mainly Ginger) by the end of it I felt like I knew ginger for years. But really it's been only months.
