Never prepared and always asking for more money. Could not remember my case. Lost my case , very incompetent. Her assistant clueless and Never relays important documents or messages. Excuses after excuses..

We are so grateful for Ms. Lomenick. Since we have hired her, she has been attentive and very thorough! Ms. Lomenick listens and absorbs very complicated information so well. She also was amazing during our very stressful court date!

It's been months and have not heard back from this attorney about an ongoing child support/visitation battle. I have been getting more information from my ex and her attorney than my own!

We met with Ms. Lomenick and her assistant Regina on a Friday desperate for help with my Son's nasty child custody case set for the following Wednesday. Ms. Lomenick and Regina were very compassionate with a vast knowledge of family law and custody. Ms. Lomenick met us in court Wednesday fully prepared. She is very sharp and quick thinking. She was able to have the mother served a writ of attchment in court right away. By the end of the hearing my Son and I were making travel arrangements to California to pick up my Grandson and bring him home.

I was asking different people at my church about a good lawyer. I had been through 5 different attorneys and was never really satisfied. There was always something missing, in fact, on my way to court today I was on the elevator with one of the others. Today I can finally say I was blessed to have a smart, dynamic brilliant hard working scrappy and agile lawyer. She made me so very proud that I went the extra mile in the fight for my children. She is interested in you the client and your needs before her own. She out lawyered the opposing counsel. I am so happy to recommend her to any and every one who needs a great attorney. Don't get upset if she doesn't return your calls immediately. Please, know she is on the case. She may be small in size but when you see her swing into action!!! WOW!! I am so very blessed to have had different church members recommend her to me. She was worth me going the distance. I cried tears of joy after the hearing today because finally I have someone who cares about fathers who are fighting and standing up for their children. She truly is the '' ram in the bush" Thank GOD! ram

Ms. Lomenick was kind, professional and caring throughout my entire divorce. She understood that I wanted to make it as quick and painless as possible. I am very grateful for her and I would recommend her.

now that my custody battle is over, i can tell you this has been the worse experience i have ever had in my life. this attorney sucks the money out of you and then doesn't protect you at all. it got so bad that i had to fire her and go it pro se just to get anything done. i hate to say it but i really should have hired my ex's attorney. she payed less for hers and she actually did a good job.....well it was pretty easy for any attorney going up against Ms. Lomenick. i am now taking this to the bar and while i know i will never get a penny out of this lawyer, maybe i can stop it from happening to anyone else. i am also filing against Mathew Garcia at the attorney generals office. Ms. Lomenick will let this piece of trash walk all over you and to go as far as to yell and scream at you while in court while the whole time Ms. Lomenick doesn't object or defend you, the whole time he sits with his feet up on my ex's side laughing and having a good time. he is very unprofessional in the court room. he makes statements that are so disrespectful and Ms. Lomenick didnt do anything. i ended up working things out with my ex's attorney because i spent thousands of dollars on Ms Lomenick to represent me and really i could have screwed myself over a lot cheaper than she did.

Ms. Lomenick was extremely helpful on my case as was her assistant. they often kept me informed of the status of my case and gave me great advise. a few months went by and my case was awarded to my level of my satisfaction! I would refer who ever needs a family lawyer to hire ms. lomenick because she is aggressive and knows what she is doing.

READ THIS VERY CAREFULLY!!! if you ever want to have an attorney who will fight for you and your kids, DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY!!! i hired her almost two years ago and she doesn't care about anything but money. She will act like she cares about you until she gets all the money she can get from dragging her feet and not answering any of your questions. i felt like i was in an abet and Costello skit. In court she is more interested in protecting her image with the judges, (especially Judge Mary Brown). she will not fight for what is right. she comes unprepared even when you tell her how untruthful the other party is and what tactic they will employ. i gave her binders laying out everything for her to disprove the lies my ex and her family where saying. she never had to look up anything. she allowed the Attorney General to treat me like a piece of trash in court and did not stand up for me at all. there are so many more things that she didn't do but this would never end. instead of fighting for me to see my kids, she told me i should give up on them and see them when they are 18 or older!!! does that sound like someone who is fighting for your rights as a father??? it has been 8 months since i have seen my kids because this attorney refuses to file any motions. i have shared custody but she refuses to fight for my rights to see my kids. i try to get her to file for the children to be picked up at a municipal center for my safety from my ex's family, but she wouldn't do it. i have started the process for a grievance so hopefully she cant destroy someone else s life like she has tried to do to mine. PLEASE fight for your kids and find someone that can give you a fair chance.

Suzanne is a very good and knowledgeable attorney. She helped me through mediation and my child custody case. I have a 5 year old daughter that i barely got to see. Thanks to Suzanne I am now a full time father and am enjoying every bit of it. Suzzane also has a wonderful assistant named deborah, she is a very helpful person and very down to earth. I really enjoyed talkiing to the two of them. I can tell you i will continue to call deborah and suzanne just to catch up. If your a father trying to establish your visitation she is the right attorney. Robert
