Bob has successfully handled my lawsuit; although it’s not over, we have very high hopes the case will be dismissed. The plaintiff was my prior employer and due to Bob's experience and persistency he was able to aggressively exam the plaintiff during the deposition which had the plaintiff squirming in his chair. My experience with Bob has been great, along with his legal staff. He is/was always responsive and respectful of my inquiries; always responded quickly and made it a point to make sure I was informed and comfortable with the process. If you’re looking for someone to “take the bull by the horns” then Bob is your man!!

Bob represented me in a case involving a past employer. Not only did he outclass their counsel, he also helped me receive the maximum amount possible in a settlement. When it came time to sign the confidentiality agreement and release, he carefully inspected them and made them make changes to ensure I was completely protected. I was extremely impressed with how well he represented me and his skills as an attorney. He handled the case as if it were him personally who was being attacked.
