really not happy with this law firm. i’m from new orleans so I was referred to this company. it’s been over 3 years now & my probate case has gone NOWHERE. all I want is my money back that I put into the estate. idk who my attorney even is anymore, I got passed onto someone else with no notice. no phone call. no one ever calls me back. yet I still get billed! i’ve paid $5k & haven’t even gotten a court date! had they done their job in a timely manner, I wouldn’t have lost my brothers house. several people have come in & stolen money, they have done NOTHING about it. I always get told what’s gonna happen but never get paperwork or see anything filed. guess it’s time to find a new attorney before statute of limitations gets here. would love to have my $5k back to pay an actual lawyer who will do the job.

Alex Pennetti defended me in a County Court lawsuit. He obtained summary judgment on the plaintiff's claims for breach of restrictive covenants, which precluded the plaintiff from recovering substantial attorney's fees. I have a lot of respect for Alex for his knowledge of law and also his candor. Alex is professional and is very good at what he does. Highly Recommended
