Rogge represented me when most wouldn’t take the time to listen to my situation. I had filed various grievances to the EEOC without any results. I faced retaliation in a very hostile work environment. No one should work in these circumstances in order to make a living. It was a long process to get justice but in the end Rogge was a pit bull in the court room. Watching him work with passion and persistence to hold those responsible and hopefully change that environment mean’t everything. I will forever be grateful for his belief in me. i met Rogge as he represented an employee that had violated our non compete many years ago. I was impressed with his ability to defend his client (my ex employee). Since that time I engaged Rogge on several occasions to represent us with respect of drafting employment agreements, as well as protecting my firms' on non competes. We have always had a positive outcome.

Mr. Dunn lacks any morals he provides clients with a bill before he even understands a case. I employed him for years with spending over half a million dollars close to three quarters of a million and at best got invited to SMU basketball games and his art gallery. But never recived any legal results to speak of. I would advise prospective clients to look at other Attorneys.
