Thomas Wynne went to bat for me and took my case very seriously. This was my first and only dwi or time in trouble and I was in the dark how to proceed. I called Milner and Finn’s office after being referred by a friend. This person hired Thomas. When I called, Kim Rowe who is Thomas’ legal assistant answered. She was extremely empathetic and helpful with next steps. She connected me with Thomas and from there he spent about an hour just talking to me about the incident and expectations. It was a pretty easy decision to hire from there. From that moment I talked to Kim many times and she always kept me in loop and helped me with documents that I didn’t understand from various agencies. She was great! Thomas worked diligently behind the scenes to work the best deal he could get for me. He was extremely professional and personable throughout and represented me like I was his only client even though he had many clients. Thomas set up several calls with me to keep me informed of progress. I can’t be more thankful for the work he performed for my family and I. Was able to fight to get my DWI 2 dropped to a DWI 1st, which helped me not have to do jail time. Had my probation reduced 3 months and court fees reduced over $1000. He will go through everything to make sure you have a fair case.
