Mr. Michael Canton is the absolute best immigration lawyer. I met with 2 lawyers before meeting Mr. Canton: one was very expensive and I could sense the discrimination 100%, he said: “ you will be deported there’s no way out” (despite the fact that I legally came here and have the cleanest record but there was a misunderstanding in the process that was NOT my fault). The other lawyer seemed inexperienced and complicated which I truly did not need at the time. When I met Mr. Canton, I could tell by his calm demeanor, reputation by judges, and certificates that he KNEW his stuff. Pricing was half of what other lawyers asked for, and this office was so kind to accept flexibility with payments, especially when I was a student. Michael said my case was easy, if I followed the right steps. It was so reassuring to hear that because he was optimistic yet realistic. I have used this law firm for a decade now and they have been brilliant every time. Two times in particular I had horrible odds to get a positive result and one of them was a hearing to stop deportation. They won that for me and I got to stay in the country. Years later, I applied for citizenship and was rejected. They appealed it for me and somehow we won. This firm literally saved my life in this country multiple times. I'm forever grateful!

Gary and Maricela were amazing during the whole process. I began the process while living in Tennessee before moving to South Carolina. The office was very detailed and professional with handling my case even with me having moved locations mid way through the process. The firm also helped me navigate the waters of a previous low level arrest which could have had effects on my process.
