PLEASE do not go here if you wanna avoid being robbed and scammed and disappointed. I paid them and they did nothing to help get my children back when their father was trying to keep them away. At the end of the day they just kept asking for more money and doing NOTHING to help. I ended up switching attorneys and got my children back home after wasting so much money on them. Please read all the comments before you make the same mistake as me. I’m sure the 5 star reviews are fake please RUN

John Dee Spicer with this firm supposedly settled on an asset in my case when he knew the full value. After the case was discharged, this unscrupulous lawyer "came back to the well" for four times more. He also did not follow up with my attorney when she, Marilyn Garner, did not notify me of his additional information requests. He then "invested" $350 to contest the case. She then tried to screw me for $5000 more. Then when I warned her it was her fault and I would be filing complaints at various venues and a lawsuit against her, this was dropped. That looked like collusion to me! I would steer away from this whole firm if that is the way they do business.

No contraten a éstas personas. Mi caso era de child support y mientras duró el caso tres abogadas lo atendieron. Debido a la pandemia las audiencias eran virtuales y en una ocasión la abogada no apareció y el juez pospuso la cita, yo perdí ese día de trabajo. En otra audiencia la abogada no había leído con anticipación el expediente y también se pospuso. Cada vez que llamaba para preguntar por mi caso, ellos me enviaban un bill por $75 y la llamada no duraba más de cinco minutos. Cuando por fin terminó el caso yo terminé pagando seis veces más de child support y me enviaron un último bill por $175 dizque por escanear y archivar mi caso. Qué escanearon y archivaron si todos los documentos los enviaba la corte por correo electrónico. Tenga cuidado con estos abogados.

1 word-SCAVENGERS!!! I was referred to this lawfirm for my divorce/child custody case. Initially in early December 2020, I emailed some important case information to Daniella. She is the receptionist. She didn’t know what she was doing so everything had to be resubmitted to Julie. Email communication was almost non existent with Julie. I would safely say 3/10 emails would be answered with “received thank you”. Keep in mind this is extremely sensitive and important information needed to win my case. Then all of a sudden, a new “paralegal” entered the picture by the name of Miranda. At this point, I’m feeling like my case is being played like a game. AGAIN, I have to provide more emails, keep in mind I’m being charged for each email. So now I’m having conference calls, again another charge, with Deborah, the main attorney. She advises me that “we are in litigation” never providing me with an even remotely concrete answer to when this case may be done with. I tell her my sons safety is at risk because the mother of my child is putting him in the middle of another tumultuous relationship with her new significant other. Her response to me verbatim “oh he will be ok, my child went through the same thing with my divorce” and even had the nerve to promise me that that everything was going to be ok. At this point I am livid because I don’t care about her situation. I’m paying these people every month when I have evidence even a blind man can see!! Fast forward another month or so, A NEW paralegal by the name of Tisha enters the picture. I do give Tisha credit for trying to help and I even have an email of her apologizing for not being able to assist me in the manner I expected after I was very clear with Isabel, oh and by the way she sang me a song about how they were very reasonable in comparison to other family law firms. All in all, I paid $10k only for these people to give up on me and my case. They literally closed the case and had the judge sign off on this even after I went in to the courts and filed an objection for the motion they filed to withdraw from the case. I know deep down in my heart that these people were dragging it out to try to get paid more money. Now I have to fight this case by myself! I’m out $10k and still have to deal with a crazy ex and her crooked attorney. BEWARE OF THIS LAWFIRM!!! I cannot stress this enough!!!

Eric Durojaiye is the truth. Hands down the best lawyer I’ve worked with if ever I need another lawyer for any reason he will be the first one I call. If anyone around me needs or ask about a good attorney I’ll point them in his direction. One day turn around and got everything I was hoping I would get.
