I want to extend great appreciation for the Traylor Law Firm. Recently I I received a fine/ warrant for the county right outside of Dallas for and it illegal dumping charge from 2015. I have never ever in my life heard of any charge of that nature. Nor have I visited that County. To make a long story short, on the day of the hearing attorney Traylor and myself entered the courtroom the case was dismissed within 5 minutes. It felt like a burden had instantly been lifted from my shoulders. It was very professional, and very knowledgeable. He reassured me a month prior to the hearing, that I have nothing to worry about. He was definitely right. Also Maribel, his assistant, is very knowledgeable and professional as well. Not only that, both Attorney Traylor, and office assistant Maribel are really nice people. I'm grateful for the Traylor law firm and would recommend to anyone in need of an attorney. Thanks again Mr. Traylor for an outstanding job!!.

My dad had referred David to me back in March when my husband went to jail on 3 traffic violations out of Plano. David took the train from Dallas all the way to Plano to help get him out. My husband and I were both told everything had been handled and taken care of. We were extremely grateful to him for that. At the time, I was pregnant with my 4th child so you can only imagine how stressful everything was. Upon getting ready for the arrival of our child I was getting everything taken care of financially. One day I realized we still hadn't heard anything from the law office or Plano courts so I decided to call Plano myself just to see what was going on. When I spoke with the clerk on behalf of my husband she asked if we had gotten an attorney. I told her we had, and she then said that everything gets sent to the lawyer and that the lawyer or his office was supposed to contact us to let us know all the details. We were never contacted regarding his cases. He had 3 payments due, June, July and August. Each payment was a different amount, we had no idea! Because we were not contacted Mike was late on his first payment, which means that that traffic violation would in fact be put on his record. We financially were not prepared considering our daughter was due a few days after the 1st payment. The communication was terrible. Had we known everything in advance we would of been able to take care of everything in a timely manner.

Had a speeding ticket and hired David Traylor. I never talked to David, but Maribel the assistant did a good job of processing the ticket and getting back to me. I had gone to court for the initial appearance got them to simply fine, me no points, or take it to court. I then hired David hoping he could get it cancelled. They did go to court for me and ultimately they had the same ruling I originally got on my own. I reached out to Maribel to ask David for an explanation of what happened at the court date and have not received a response. This is the reason for the low rating. I have hired other lawyers in other states and they have always responded with an explanation of what occurred at court. I know that no lawyer is perfect at getting a ticket thrown out, but I will be trying another lawyer next time for a traffic ticket.

The office manager, Maribel was outstanding as was the lawyer who assisted me with my tickets ( blonde, young woman). The machinations of the municipal legal system are best handled by professionals such as these.

I called around many law firms but dealing with Maribel she immediately gave me assistance, shared all the important information I need and was swiftly ready to help my situation. Great experience and it was all due to Maribels professionalism.

I used Traylor Law Firm to help me out with two traffic violations. One in Farmers Branch for speeding, and another in Highland Park, where the officer claimed I ran a red light. The fee for each case was $75, or $150 total. I remember thinking to myself, not bad if I can get out of one or both of these. I wasn't arguing the Farmers Branch Ticket, but I absolutely did not run a red light in Highland Park, which I made sure to tell Traylor Law firm, hoping they could pull up a traffic camera or something... anything... Let me be clear, throughout this whole process, after paying the fees, there was a complete and utter lack of communication regarding the status of my cases throughout the entire process. I assumed they were just working their magic so I didn't bug them.... until a Warrant Officer from Highland Park called me to let me know that I had a warrant for failure to act on my ticket. I informed him that Traylor Law Firm was representing me, but he had gotten no communication from the Firm regarding this. My experience with Traylor Law Firm has been absolutely HORRID. After the initial fee of $75 per ticket, they were unable (or didn't try... how would I know, they never even called to explain) to get either of my tickets dismissed... I had to call to ask the status of my Highland Park ticket, after which they informed me $240 was due soon for the differed disposition they got for me. Same with Farmers Branch. All said and done I'm out around $600. I will never use Traylor Law Firm again, and I urge you to think twice about using their services.

If I could I would put no stars but I guess you have to put one in order to put a review. I had a bad experience with this lawyer. I had two traffic tickets that I paid 150 dollars for, they said they were going to fix it or whatever but They never did I kept getting letters in my mail from mesquite court that I needed to pay, so I called them which it took sometime for them to answer, after a few calls. Well they told me that for me not to worry about it that they were working on it, that if I keep getting letters to throw them away. So after a few months I got another letter from mesquite that I had a warrant and that I could be arested. So I called them and the lady that usually answers said that they sent me letters that they were trying to make me get payments for the tickets. I mean I could of done that my self in mesquite you can do payments the reason I hired them was for me not to go to court and for me not to go through all this things. So at the end of the day I ended up spending more money paying them and the court. And one last thing the lawyer whatever his name is didin't wanted to deal with me so he put his secretary to deal with me. 😂 So don't hired Taylor Law Firm
