I hired James Guinan 2 1/2 years ago to represent my son. I paid him $18000.00 and he would not answer my sons questions, stood us up on appts, ran out the back door on another, lied to us and would not answer the Bayliff. He wrote one paper to the courts and that was it. He was rude abrupt and always said, he was sick, with one excuse after another.
