Eric and the staff at McLain law firm took over my case and immediately I felt as though they cared more about my case than my prior attorney. My case was out of Fort Worth, involving a police officer with a history of misconduct and brutality. No attorney in Fort Worth was willing to bring my case to justice although the history of the officer was nationally known. He’d been on the news prior for misconduct and I felt helpless. I started googling and came across amazing reviews for McLain law firm. I contacted them and they were ready to take over my case with no issues. Eric was assigned to represent my case, he was honest throughout the case. He gave me advice for future and let me know he’d do his best to push in court exactly what I was requesting. A case I’d been fighting for two years in under a year he got dismissed with all the great evidence that worked in my justice. He never once tried to steer me away from my decisions to fight for what I wanted, I didn’t feel like just another check to him. He’s very personable and I’m appreciative of his hard work and dedication to my case. He honestly gave me a fresh perspective of lawyers since my last lawyer left me with an unpleasant experience. During my time I need, Mr. McLain came to my rescue, I was accused of deliberately conducting a crime I was unaware of. I was in a low place, Mr. McLain help me through my case, legally, emotionally and gave me the support I needed to continue forward. I would have not been able to continue this fight for justice with him.

PLEASE do not go here if you wanna avoid being robbed and scammed and disappointed. I paid them and they did nothing to help get my children back when their father was trying to keep them away. At the end of the day they just kept asking for more money and doing NOTHING to help. I ended up switching attorneys and got my children back home after wasting so much money on them. John Dee Spicer with this firm supposedly settled on an asset in my case when he knew the full value. After the case was discharged, this unscrupulous lawyer "came back to the well" for four times more. He also did not follow up with my attorney when she, Marilyn Garner, did not notify me of his additional information requests. He then "invested" $350 to contest the case. She then tried to screw me for $5000 more. Then when I warned her it was her fault and I would be filing complaints at various venues and a lawsuit against her, this was dropped. That looked like collusion to me! I would steer away from this whole firm if that is the way they do business.
