I want to write here my family’s appreciation and respect for the great work done by the Firm of Miley & Brown. I am so thankful for the wonderful work done by Michael Canton and Tonya Spears. My son had issues returning to the United States because of an error made by a consular agent at the consulate, and if we didn’t have the firm support of a great lawyer and his team who really know the immigration laws, the situation would have been very difficult. Thank you so much!!! You are the best!!!

If you or anyone you know need any immigration legal advice, I strongly recommend using Miley and Brown. The level of professionalism and sincerity that I have experienced had surpassed my expectations in every way. If you are looking for a specific attorney and not just a firm, then I would have to say that you need to ask for Gary Frost. My husband and I have had him as our attorney from day one. He doesn't sugar coat anything. He will tell what you can expect at every step. Probable wait times. You name it, he has an answer. I wouldn't go to, or recommend anyone else for the sensitivity and seriousness that is immigration.

Miley & Brown P.C deserves 5 stars because of their persistence and professionalism. We retained their service in August 2012. We had lots of questions and concerns back then, Michael Canton, our attorney, was able to answer all and we were very satisfied with his answers. We went through tough times during the past 5 and 1/2 years but Michael Canton and his exceptionally experienced Senior Paralegal, Kaye Young-Burn helped us unconditionally. My wife and my stepson finally received their Permanent Resident cards on April 23 2018. We are not only clients of Miley & Brown, we are also friends of Michael and Kaye. My wife and I would highly recommend Miley & Brown P.C if you ever need an Immigration Lawyer.

My husband and I trusted our future with this firm but it turned out to be a bad idea... they said they could work our case after hearing our story, not hiding anything. He (Gary Frost) took half of the fee, $3250 and said the rest wasn't needed until it was time to send it out then gave us a guideline statement on how we should write our statement. We turned in our statement with plenty time to be revised by him, sent multiple emails for it to be done since time was winding down. My husband even went to the office to pay an extra $1k just to see if that was the problem. 5 days before it was time to send in our paperwork, he stated he cant take our case because my husband lied about what's on the application, he talked to my husband like he was stupid. Said if we didn't like that he wasn't going to make the argument that we agreed on then we could come get our money back. When we went to get our money back, he apologized because he went back to research and saw that my husband didn't lie to him at all. He said he was "furious" because his partner was the one to give him false information.***1st of all, you're an immigration lawyer. You should know what's on the forms to begin with or do research if you're unsure. 2nd, you should ALWAYS be on your clients side. Don't talk to people like they are beneath you. Lastly, dont try to place the blame on someone else because at the end of the day, YOU didn't do your job.
