I hired them for my mom case for neglect an abuse of a nursing home.an after months went by decided I wanted to hire another attorney so once I decided not to move forward they gave me a hard time as well put something on my file so I couldn’t move forward every attorney.I reached out to said sorry they can’t take my case . Which was not right

I found this Law firm on TV after losing my Father. The staff was always so polite whenever we spoke over the phone. Then the Pandemic hit and everything got put on hold until several months later. However, they still keep me updated on my case. Whenever I had a question if the person answering the phone didn't know they made sure to find someone right away who did.
