I spoke with Michael McClain (Office Manager) and he was able to answer all my questions when I made my initial phone call to this Law office. If you have a legal matter in the military, Patrick is the lawyer you want. I've had Patrick on two different occasions to support me in legal issues in my career in which the case was either dropped or found not guilty. Both cases had to do with positive urinalysis. The first case was in 2008 as a junior service member, in which I requested court-martial, and the command dropped the case. The second was in 2021, in which the command sent me to an administrative board instead of allowing me to request court-martial, and the administration board voted in my favor, two to one. Patrick is a true marine and will fight tirelessly and advocate on your behalf to get a positive result. His whole legal team is very professional and available 24/7 to answer your questions and work with you to give you peace in a stressful situation. If you want results, this law office you want.

Patrick McLain literally saved my life. I was facing a allegation that carried a life sentence and would have torn me from my family. The opposition was highly motivated to nail me to the wall due to today’s climate of victim hood I was in a perilous position. Patrick is a busy man and so his approach is not tender, but if you need someone to fight a war for you it is not tenderness you need. He is straightforward, honest, and surprisingly emotionally invested in his cases and clients. The man never sleeps. If your case can be won he will win it like he did for me. If it can not be won, he will guide you to the best conclusion. It may hurt but trust this man. I pray I never again need his services but I know who my first call will always be when it comes to legal manners. In regards to Mr McLain reputation. From what I observed he is highly regarded amongst the premiere defense lawyers across the country and I retained his service at the recommendation of a top tier defense lawyer who did not work military cases. In regards to his courtroom tactics. Mr McLain went to war with a prosecutor who used ever dirty trick in the book. The straight up lied and omitted evidence. I have no idea how any of it was legal. Mr McLain remained focused and calm. He always found a way to have the prosecutor pay for their mistakes. We did not win every battle in the court room, due in my opinion to a very biased judge but when the case closed I was found NOT GUILTY on all charges. We won the war. With all the respect in the world, I love you Mr McLain. Thanks for giving me back my life.
