We hired Trey for our son who had violated his probation. He came highly recommended from someone else in the same situation.. He was able to get him reinstated and out of jail in a few days. This guy does not do police misconduct work unless it is sexy and lucrative. Try going up against the system that actually creates and fosters bad cops; now there is some real legal work.

I highly recommended hiring Bret Schmidt as your attorney he will not disappoint you. He returns calls promptly and is very easy to reach, he even answers calls on his cellphone regularly. Bret helped me beat a complex case with a very difficult county. He assured me at the beginning of my ordeal that everything would be fine and he was correct in every way. I’ve hired other attorneys in the past and none provided me the level of customer service that Bret provided, and much more importantly they didn’t deliver the results that Brett did. My husband hired Patrick for his summary court martial and Patrick and his team were there every step of the way.
