I highly recommend Patrick as a military lawyer. He will do everything he can to help you. He won't just tell you what you want to hear and take your money. If you ever find yourself in the position to need a military lawyer, it's worth the money to hire Patrick.

So I posted a review on how he basically had me come in to discuss payment options and he wouldn’t even speak to me until I paid first. I already told him over the phone I wasn’t coming in since I couldn’t afford him. He also fell asleep on me during our meeting! Not worth 5 stars! He also had my review erased from google. It’s about the truth!!

Patrick, and team, have been by my side for the better part of a year. I hired him in response to an alleged article 92 violation geared towards fraternization. Frankly, I was the subject of a witch-hunt and my command had made me out to be some kind of super villain. Being stationed in Japan there is a 14-15 hour time difference, but anytime I called someone would answer the phone. I have had attorneys before that were next to impossible to get in contact with after I hired them, not the case with Patrick. Which went a long way in making me feel confident in my decision to hire him. Patrick is one of the few attorneys that will set a fixed, not hourly, price. I did not have to pay him per email or phone conversation, which is typical with other law firms. The price for his services was well beyond fair, especially when you tally up all the hours he put into my case. Patrick never pushed me towards a decision. He would present options and weigh pros and cons with me. Whatever choices I made, he was ready to formulate a battle plan. Before going to court, he would run me through possible courtroom scenarios, which paid off during the trial. When we had our day in court, I could not have gotten a better outcome. He kept me from losing my rank, my honorable discharge and my money. Best of all, I finally felt vindicated, which was the most important. Lastly, I would like to thank Michael McLain (office manager) for answering the phone when I would call at 3 in the morning.

Great practice

Terrible attorney. I had a felony case with her, it was also my first felony & she pleaded the max.. other attorneys I’ve spoke with have said she basically screwed me. She did a terrible job on the case, Just very unprofessional. I was also very young at the time and she took that in her favor completely. I would not recommend her for your case at all especially if it’s a criminal case. Actually any case.

Vickie and her staff did an AMAZING job advocating for my daughter and me during my 2 year ordeal. I have heard horror stories about divorce attorneys and was scared to death; but Vickie and her team were professional yet caring and compassionate. Vickie and her team remained poised and in control and I could not have asked for a better team. I really do not know what I would have done without them.
