Honed by decades of service and experience, Occam's blade holds true in the steady hands of this eminent surgeon of words. Several times over the past three years he had to take back a recurrent cancer of apathy and ignorance out from the dim gaslight into brilliance, and cut down further to healthy, correctly functioning structure and processes. Because of Patrick and his legal team, I have tension-free closure with early retirement rather than a prolonged, draining, mishandled separation for physical disqualification due to occupational injuries. After 23 years of service, I plan to enjoy life well past 60 with tiny, easily forgiven scars that are painless and already fading. Thank you Patrick McClain, for Life After the Reserves. He offered several times to continue to fight for what he considered a deserved and correct final outcome, but I'm walking away whole from a crossroads where I now have only good options. This firm came highly recommended by a colleague of mine. Although they specialize in family law, they do also have expertise in Texas business law. Even though my issue involved a contractor, they still took it on and were able to help me quickly obtain a resolution at minimal cost, without added stress and even notified me that my full retainer was not used and I had a refund due. So, to the comments amount being unprofessional, scammers, dishonest, etc - I find it Garcia-Windsor to be quite the contrary. I experienced nothing but professionalism from both Isabella and Brayan as I tried to navigate and put an end to an 18-month legal battle 2 prior attorneys were unable to do. Garcia-Windsor and it settled, signed by judge and file with the court in less than 60 days. I highly recommend this team. If you have your facts together, are clear with your expectations and upfront with any budget constraints, there really should be no issues or surprises. I'd hire them again hands down. For my sake, I hope that's not necessary anytime soon.
