Hired Sammie because of a referral from my business attorney. I asked him if he knew any good divorce attorney’s. Before I could finish the sentence, he said “Sammie Smith. I’ve referred all of my friends that have been through a divorce and if I ever got a divorce, I’d use her.” I’m so glad I asked him…. Sammie was incredible. Tough and honest with me the entire process. She did such an incredible job, my ex-wife’s attorney recused herself. Lol Thanks for everything Sammie!

I reached out to the Law Office of Robert B. Abtahi because the google search mistakenly brings this firm up as a result for tenant/landlord disputes. His receptionist informed me that their office doesn't practice in this area, but would provide my contact for the attorney. In less than 5 minutes, I received a call back from Mr. Robert Abtahi. While my needs are outside of his practice area, he still called me back and was very professional and friendly. He even provided me with some helpful resources that I could look into to for my situation.

I hired Sammie during a nasty custody battle. She was very knowledgeable, caring and very personable. She helped me through everything I was going through and was very upfront with it all. She knows her stuff! I would recommend Sammie to anyone I know and she will do a fantastic job fighting for you. I will be using her again if the time comes without hesitation.

Robert and his staff are the best anyone could ask for when dealing with the complex complicated legal process. He breaks things down for you in layman’s terms and follows up to make sure you are aware of everything that is happening. Not to mention, he “keeps it real.” He’s aggressive in the way you need your lawyer to be, but is very relatable at the same time. I felt I could be open with him about anything. Highly recommended law firm!

I have to say that I’m absolutely amazed at the level of service provided by this office. I saw a post on Facebook regarding record expungement and a free consultation. I was super apprehensive because being a single mother, I can’t really afford to retain counsel on my own. I was immediately contacted by Robert in less than an hour or two after I submitted the information form! I missed the calls a few times due to my hectic schedule, but Robert contacted me through every channel of communication necessary to actually reach me over a weeks time. I honestly think that is unheard of in that line of work and after a quick discussion regarding my background and what was available to resolve my grievances, he immediately begin the process of getting these issues resolved for me! I have been attempting to contact my public defender assigned to the case for over a year without a response! Does Law office was a godsend and definitely boosted my morale as well as reassured my faith in the legal system in those employed within.
