Very professional, personable, she KNOWS her stuff. she’s REALLY GOOD at what she does, she stays up to date with her information. I was genuinely impressed. I was so emotional and just going through a lot during this process and was confused & got mixed feelings and would have waves of emotions floor me but she just listened even during my tantrums and advised what was best. She told me from the beginning what her goal was and she achieved it. She plays no games, she’s not greedy, she has no interest in dragging things on and I truly believe she did the best she could for me with the circumstances that were presented.
