Great service and super helpful!

I highly recommend the Kastl Law team, especially Vu because he always knew what to do. They were very professional and treated me with dignity and respect. Krisi was tenacious and fought valiantly for me to the end! I can’t thank them enough for turning my nightmare into a success story and dream come true. May GOD continue to bless them!

Kris Hayes is one of the best family lawyers there is. She is very kind and understanding but will also fight for you. She does not back down to opposition and will do exactly what you ask her to. She just gets it. I went through a very rough modification using many different attorneys which resulted in a huge amount of fees to get me nowhere but closer to a trial. I was at a point where I almost gave up. I reached out to Kris, and she took on my case a month before trial. The results she obtained were beyond any of my expectations. She went up against 2 partners, one associate and numerous paralegals, and handled my trial beautifully. It was amazing watching her tell my story in her words. Up until trial I felt like no one understood me. I would hands down, 100% recommend her to anyone, any day and every day. Thank you, Kris and staff!

I have no words to describe the level of gratitude that I have regarding the level of support I received from Kastl Law. Vu and Vanessa have gone over and beyond to help and support me during the hardest time in my life, 2 days before my mother's funeral. This is my second time using Kastl law and I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. 🙂

Totally agreed with all the negative reviews. The company is no help at all. They did not do anything at all. All they did is collect from the insurance company which I could do myself. My husband was in a very bad car accident. He was hit by 16 year old girl who had only her driver's license for 3 months. They don't call you to give updates, and when you call them, you can not get hold of them. All they do is collect their fee. Ms. Kastl did not even bother to meet you in person. Think twice before hiring them. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Only giving 1 star because I have to in order leave a review. My family has been dealing with this terrible terrible law firm for almost a year now. Angie is my case manager and is the worst person to get ahold of. Just so happens EVERY time we call the firm she’s not available. FOR MONTHSSSS! I email, I text, I call the firm, leave messages with the front desk bc apparently their case workers “don’t have voicemails” so you can’t even leave a message. I legit started feeling like this was a fake firm that’s scamming people. No, it’s a real firm, that’s scamming people. I will FINALLY get to talk to Angie after literal months of calling for her to tell me nothing valuable. That there is no update and no offer but that I’ll hear from her tomorrow. Weeks and months will go by and again nothing besides me and my husband calling non stop just to get nowhere. I’ll be calling the insurance company myself to move things along, the worst law firm I’ve ever heard of!

I’ve always have to call them about my case , they never reach out . My case manager never in the office when I call to talk to her and I’ve been fighting this case for over 5 years
