Using Kastl Law has been one of the best experiences! Ms. Vanessa has been efficient, kind, and so hardworking on my case. She has fought for me through and through, which I will forever appreciate. My case was with another law firm but Kastl Law took over and finally got me the service and settlement I deserved after 4 long years. Kristi Kastl is a firecracker! She fights for you until the end and will not back down from anyone. All of the associates that I worked with at the Kastl Law firm were professional, courteous and always communicated with me throughout the whole process. On going case for 3 years now. No one from this office, including Kristl herself, ever calls you back when they claim or say that they will. We are kept in the dark for months at a time until I have to get on the phone and hold and HOPE that someone actually answers me. The hold message they have, is a complete joke. We have felt like we're just there wasting space for them at this point. I can not say this enough, please look at a different firm.
