If you're looking for a personal injury attorney who's going to fight hard to get you what you deserve (not what the insurance companies are willing to pay), then don't do business with these people. Kristi Kastl's office has had my car accident case for over a year now, and they've been dragging their feet. We still haven't settled, nor have the pushed my case to trial, which is what I've asked them to do so many times. They go months w/o calling their clients. If you want to know what's going on with your case, you have to constantly call them. My car was totaled leaving me with two herniated discs in my back and sprains in my neck, and they basically told me the insurance company is only willing to pay $5,000. And when I asked them to go forward with court, they told me they didn't believe they could get me any more than that. I wish I had known that before signing my paperwork. I was in a small fender-bender the year prior. Strains and sprains, but no major injuries, and Eberstein & Witherite got me back $2,000 more than what Kristi Kastl is offering. I wish I had gone back E&W, but you live and learn.
