They strung me along for 2 years, accomplishing nothing. There were long unexplained delays. They switched lawyers on me 3 times & never pre-informed me of the switches. I had to figure that happened afterwards. Therefore, no continuity. Accomplished little, but sucking up my pre-deposited funds & doing nothing tangible for me. Did a terrible job. They finally withdrew from my case after I refused to send them more money, which I wasn’t about to do, based on their lack of performance. If you have been as disappointed in this law firm as I have, do any potential future clients of them a favor and report your issues to the Texas State Bar, as I have.

I see mixed reviews. He seemed to know more than the other lawyers I've talked to. This is a simple civil suit. I will give a day to day update so you will know exactly how this business works. I have to sell my car to pay him. This should be black and white. I have a contract I was not paid the guy stole my money changed his name. I found him. He has a business and money to go after. Why wouldn't I win.

Great service and communication. I hired this firm to represent me with an issue I had with my land lord. He proved that the landlord breached the contract and which then allowed me to get that hit on my credit taken down for leaving my apt early.

If you don’t want a pull out drag out and if you don’t want your pockets to be emptied to feed the people of this firm for NOT helping you, find another lawyer.

Very unprofessional. Paid them a $2500 retainer fee to handle and sue a logistics company. They have had 3 different attorneys to charge me for services. I called two weeks ago and requested for the senior attorney to call me about my dissatisfaction, I am still waiting on the requested phone call. No one knows what the other is doing, don't return phone calls, very unprofessional, and seems to be very unknowledgeable of the law. His staff is very inexperienced and it appears that Attorney Kanal Udeshi doesn't know what he is doing also. If I could, I would give him less than a 1 star.

This law firm lies don’t return phone calls , keep changing your assigned attorney. Office manager Shaddy Shawn the attorney are dishonest people. Please don’t use this so call Law firm .

First off, I am NOT a person that normally leaves ANY reviews anywhere and this is onIy the 3rd review I've ever posted but I can't say thank you enough to Mr. Udeshi. After contacting Mr. Udeshi and securing his services, we felt so relieved and taken care of. Either Mr. Udeshi or one of his representatives kept in constant contact with us about our case. We were expecting a long battle but thanks to the hardworking people that were now on our side, our case was settled faster than we could have ever expected and the outcome was better too. If you are in need of an honest, hardworking, on your side law firm, you won't be let down or disappointed with Mr. Udeshi's firm.

Getting him to return a phone call or email is like pulling teeth. His office filed paperwork at the wrong courthouse, then acted like they didn't know how to fix it. I figured it out myself and had to tell them. Showed up to court once, and they screwed up the dates so it was a waste of time. Not sure how he actually passed any bar exam but I am willing to bet his good reviews are either fake or friends of his because his knowledge of the law and communication is terrible. I wasted several months and thousands of dollars. End result was me having to hire a different attorney and start over. New attorneys exact words to me where " I am trying to unscrew up your case"

Kunal really went above and beyond to get my case settled in the most favorable fashion.

Attorney Udeshi is the best attorney ever. I had two other attorneys before him. He was the only one to help explain what was going on or would take time to talk to me about the case, as the other attorneys would not. He always made time for me. I can not say enough about his talent and knowledge of the law and courts. I highly recommend him!

I hired Kunal for a divorce case. He consistently changed his strategy and did not adhere to timelines for responding to discovery requests or submitting them to opposing counsel. He rarely followed through with strategy or next steps outlined in meetings. He basically did what he felt like doing and "researching" topics which he represented to me that he knew already (all while billing)...basically paid on the job training when charging what a competent attorney who claims to know family law should know. He was very unprofessional when talking with me many times. Finally had to let him go because deadlines were not met and I found out in October 2015 that discovery which he claimed was submitted months before (which I was told we would get a response in July 2015), was never formally sent to opposing counsel. Almost $7500 paid and no movement in my case. Actually put me in a worse situation than when he was retained. He also did not turn over my complete file to me. I was finally able to get with his previous employer to get what I needed so a new attorney could figure out what exactly Kunal did (which was really nothing but waste billable time wit opposing counsel). I hired another attorny who was able to get me the exact outcome I was looking for in less than 6 months. I wish I never wasted almost 10 months and $7500 working with Kunal.

Dealing with legal issues is stressful and time consuming. Mr. Udeshi was easy to work with, he was very knowledgable and helped me understand what I should expect through the legal process. I highly recommend Mr. Udeshi.
