The associate's and attorney's at Jim Adler & Associates were very considerate and diligent while handling my case. All of the people handling my case were kind, thoughtful and helpful through the whole process. I would like to point out one individual in particular, Margarita. She was the person who dealt with my case during the beginning. When the pain from injury and the frustration of being without a vehicle, a job (resulting in lack of income), and full functional ability from my body; Margarita was wonderful. She listened to me vent, sometimes very stressful, frustrated, and emotionally. She consoled as well as guided me through it all. She got me through the worst time after my accident. I greatly appreciate her for all her efforts. I also applaud Jim Adler & Associates for having her as a part of their team/family. I am greatful for having chose Jim Adler & Associates and will most definitely use, as well as refer friends and family, them if needed in the future. Thank you!
