After being rear ended resulting on substantial damage and issues because I was not long after a heart attack, I contacted the office of Jim Adler. With missed work and some touchy health conditions I felt that I couldn't absorb the losses I faced. After a few missteps with staff being out due to illness and and my case being moved around due to changes in staffing, things got on track. My case eventually ended up with Michele Pozo for closing. She was able to get medical costs reduced. Attorney Clayton Parry was put on my case and when all was said and done I was, with their help, able to be made whole again with more than was originally expected. In the end I lost my job in large part to medical issues that were worsened by the accident but I found something better. Thank you to Michele and Clayton for their help in finishing things up for a good outcome. AJ

Got a letter from them that's clearly a false claim aimed to cash in on liability insurance. We dont know the "client" from Adam, and have multiple alibis proving we were not even close to where the "incident that occurred" took place. The person I spoke to on the phone refused to give me any details. Adding the following details in response to the firm trying to deny their case. Case number 537837 You look like very incompetent lawyers.

Helpful all the way. Definitely glad I came to them with my accident. They didn’t hesitate, they kept me updated. Hopefully I don’t have to come to them again under the circumstances that I did this time, but for the future will always call them first.
