I had a bad truck accident first thing I did was call jim Adler .the process was easy and fast I got call backs on a timely manner .i want to thank Esmeralda gavilanes for calling me and giving me the status of my case very professional.will recommend to family and friends great experiences with them

I been calling every since the October 8th also sent a email nobody return my called just called again today.. The sad part is they email you a list of case manager, attorney, assistant attorney number and neither one return calls.. but they check these reviews daily... somebody need to be giving me a call I have a question to ask...

Called to get help filing for appeal. Everything started out smooth and I was so excited to have found Jim Adler and Associates. It was not until later I realized the company wasted so much of my time after I had done everthing on my end. After speaking with representative over the phone first I was sent documents and emails to complete. Payed sent back all documents certified to ensure someone at the office received them. Tracking showed all my documents had been received by the company but three weeks passed no call or email updates from anyone at Jim Adler & Associates for the next steps in my claim. I called to see what was going on and representative for the company who answered stated they had not received any of my documents. I explained it was sent certified and tracking showed all has been received. I then was told USPS mailing services must have been holding it because they do that some time. To me it just didn't make sense I had a dead line to meet on my case and followed up with USPS manager several times to investigate and again it showed my documents in fact had been delivered which I already knew but still had the situation investigated just to be on the safe side. Jim Adlers company phone representative continued to lie and explained there was nothing she could do and things like this happen at times with the mail and did not have a clue when office would get my documents place on someones desk to review my claim. I could not believe what I was hearing and what was happening this was the biggest waste of time and money filling out paper work and sending certified. 3 days later I was sent the same email a second time with welcome letter and paper work attached all over again could not believe it! I wish I would have read the reviews before using Jim adler. I ended up finding a new company to help with my appeal and all has been great none of my documents lost and forgotten and dead line met on time also lawyer is always available when I have questions.

Being a veteran, I am very proud that I worked with Armondo and Mr. Warran to complete the task at hand rather than being assembly lined at the VA. The doctors I was assigned were very positive and made the recovery a lot more relaxing and personal. I was able to receive more funds back than expected; this firm kept fighting till justice settled itself. Jim Adler, Jackson Warran and Armondo Alvarado, I personally thank you for turning this negative situation into a positive outcome!! I do not have words to explain how grateful I am. Bravo Zulu!!

No follow thru, no respect, no return phone calls, commercials all lies, did not fight for me at all, now I have to find a REAL law firm

They managed my case horribly, never answer calls and take a long time to do anything, they set up an appointment with the insurance for an statement and then, they never call me, it took 3 weeks, with no news, no calls, for them to call me back and tell me that they are dropping my case, 'cause it's been too late and the insurance doesn't want to pay... I thought that's why I got them in the first place. Terrible, terrible, terrible... should be negative 1 star.

I am very satisfied with the firm of Jim Adler & Associates specially with Maria Ortiz went above and beyond to assist me I am deaf Maria Ortiz had all the patience to assist me and text me form her personal phone I highly recommend the firm for my slip and fall.

Worst lawyer ever...never answers any call...dont want to talk to me...I just want to know where my lawsuit is at...real bad service
