Esmeralda Gavilanes helped and communicated with me throughout the entire time of being assigned to my case. She got things done quick and fast and not only showed much interest in my case but also on how to make everything go as easyily as possible for me. When my car was totaled, I reached out to the Jim Adler firm. I met with Margarita and was very impressed not only by her professionalism but also her kindness. From beginning to end, the process went smoothly and if I should ever be in another situation, I will definitely contact Jim Adler's office again.

I have a case in process at this time. I was having a hard time with part of the process - so I left a negative 1 star review. Then 12 hours later a received a call from Robert Adler. WOW! Wasn't expecting that. I explained the issue to Mr Adler and he pretty much told me that I wouldn't be having further issues. Mr Adler was extremely pleasant to speak with and he seemed to understand why I feeling so sad about my experience. I guess you could say he was sympathetic. I was extremely happy that Mr Adler took time out of his day to even want to call me to find out how he can help. Like I said he was very nice. ** So I am hopeful that things will start to get back on track. I took back my 1 star review and erased all of the details as to why. I would NOT have done this if Mr Adler hadn't called me. I felt terrible to have posted a bad review for such a nice man. ** I dont think the employees were doing there best work on my case and my review was honest and tasteful. I was not being mean towards any of the employees. IT JUST MAKES ME SAD PERSONALLY - TO WRITE SOMETHING BAD ABOUT THIS MANS FAMILY BUSINESS. I ONLY HOPE THAT THOSE EMPLOYEES ARE FEELING JUST AS BAD FOR NOT DOING THEIR BEST TO REPRESENT SUCH A NICE MAN. So I got up out of bed to fix what I could of the review. He was just so nice when we spoke & it kind of made it hard to end my day knowing that he was upset about what I wrote. He didn't say he was upset, but for him to take the time to call me make me think that it may have ruined his day. I can tell you that ANY BUSINESS OWNER must take a lot of pride in their company to personally respond to a single negative review. Jim Adler has around 500 reviews mostly positive. My little negative review would not have hurt the company. It makes me think that the Adler family strives for perfection and customer satisfaction.
