A couple years or so ago, my now ex-boyfriend was looking at $100,000 bond and possibly not being out for Christmas, well he worked a miracle and made sure he was home before Christmas Day and didn’t burn our pockets either ! I still stay in contact with him to this day and if I have any questions or concerns he is always so honest and gives the best advice to help me no matter what ! He is very good with communication even though he is a busy and hard working man !

I was so blessed and thankful to find Mr. Gray. He travel 2 hours from where he was located to defend me. I was facing 2 years in jail where I would be away from my children and family. He manage to get my case dropped to a misdemeanor with only 8 days in jail. He’s truly a miracle worker. He not only faught for me but for my husbands as well who was facing 1 years of state jail and he managed to get him of home with us and not serve a day in jail. Thank you for all your hard work he is truly one of the best and you won’t be disappointed.

I can't say enough about how fortunate I am to have met and hired Brian Gray. I went with him after firing a super expensive attorney who was very ineffective and disappointing. Brian was always accessible he listened to all my concerns and suggestions becoming very familiar with the specifics of my case quickly and was candid and creative with his advice creating a sense that it was a collaborative effort with a true expert to achieve justice for me and my family. When I needed him again years later he not only remembered me and my case but he was just as effective as before and got 2 felony cases dismissed without me being there. When other attorneys, probation officers, police, even judges look at my record they have expressed surprised that Ive never done prison time. I've been somewhat fortunate and very blessed, but also I found a really good attorney and that's a big deal because there are a lot of horsetraders out there. Ive met some really bs attorneys state and federal and a bad attorney is like being in a boxing match and being punched in the back of your head by your cornerman, it like your coach telling the other team your plays, it's a travesty of justice. Having someone you can trust to be a true professional, to be fearless yet prudent is truly priceless. As I said I can't say enough about Brian because he's proven himself on multiple occasions to be an exceptional attorney. When my arrest was in the Dallas morning News it mentioned that every case I've had has been dismissed (I'm sure Brian will show you the article) thats all because of Brian.

I was sitting in court waiting for hours upon hours to get in front of the judge after being left high and dry by my previous attorney when Mr. gray sat next to me and began talking to me; after a while we began discussing my case and without even being hired he began finding out information about my case got me an appointment with the judge and informed me about my case more than my previously hired attorney!! Brian Gray took a DWI case that was shaky at best and turned it into a no-brainer! My video was nothing I wanted anyone to see. Something that made me cringe in the courtroom. However, Brian was able to assuage my fears with his sharp wit, stalwart logic and fierce courtroom performace. I went from feeling doomed before the beginning of the trial to almost feeling sympathy for the prosecution at its close. It must have been a humbling experience for the team. If there is a hole to be found or an angle to be worked, do not fear - Brian's already doing it. The man is worth every penny I paid him. Bryan got my felony charge reduced to a misdemeanor with a fine I could live with and only 24 hours defered ajudacation!He also got me probation on a DUI charge I can live with (2 years) even thought it was my second and I was twice the legal limit.

Mr. Brian Gray, went to bat for my son, in gathering data that he would need to fight for my teenage son's charge. Brian was able to successfully negotiate with the DA's office, and keep my son out of jail. Also, he was able to bring this to a successful resolution, getting the charges Dismissed w/ Restitution, which I believe was fair for all parties involved. Mainly, my son's (childhood foolishness, landed him an assault charge) which Mr. Gray negotiated to dismissal, which is what we wanted - due to the nature of the incident that lead to him being charged. My kid’s record is now clear. We are happy clients.

Took my case to trial and got a not guilty verdict. All charges dropped. Very professional, reasonable and just a nice guy.

I was wrongfully accused of a DWI and Brian Gray basically did what the police would not do. He investigated the case and brought evidence to the DA which persuaded them to dismiss the case. If you have been accused of a case which is not true, I highly recommend him.
