Worst lawyer experience I have ever had!! My case has been going on for more than 3 years now!! Yet, I still can’t get anyone to answer the phone or tell me what is going on with my case!! I call atleast once a month!! I get put on hold every single time, and when they answer, supposedly the person who is handling my case is either on lunch, sick, or they are in a meeting! If I could rate them 0 stars I would but I rate them -10 stars!! This definitely is not how a business should be run! Take your case elsewhere, I promise you it’s only for the best!

Jodi McShan and her team are wonderful attorneys. I've had the pleasure of first dealing with Jodi when she represented my ex-wife in our divorce proceeding. My attorney was incompetent, and I fired him. Jodi brought my ex and I to a quick resolution. She aggressively represented my ex-wife, but was also fair with me. Since that time I have worked with Jodi on several other legal matters. She is highly knowledgeable, skilled and thoughtful in her approach to law and the trauma that brings clients to her in the first place. I highly recommend Jodi McShan as your attorney.

Kasl Law was referred to me by a friend (who now is not happy with them either). Jamie is the person who had been responsible for my case since it's been opened (Aug. 2017). I can count on one hand how many times I have had any communication with Jami about what's going on with my case. When I last spoke with her I was told that I didn't need to contact her anymore because we were now in negotiations and I was to speak with someone else...That was over 2 months ago and I still have not heard ANYTHING about what's going on with my case!!! I feel as if I'm a nuisance to them! The lady that answers the phone sounds annoyed that I called and interrupted here day or something. I'm frustrated with not knowing anything and feeling as if I'm being bothersome when I try to find out. I definitely WOULD NOT recommend them to friends or relatives in similar situations.

My case was transferred to kastl law last year,and I haven't been able to talk to someone over the phone in about 6 months! Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Excellent attorney! Krisi worked with us throughout our case. Everything was settled and done in such a short period of time. We are so thankful for the hard work! Highly recommend!!

Jodi McShan is by far the best attorney out there for Family court. After going through 3 attorneys because I was in a horrible abusive relationship that was also financially abusive she was able to save us from being forced into an agreement that would have not been best for our family. She was never judgmental, she was always understanding and her only priority was doing what was right for the children. I would have complete meltdowns and feel like it was never going to end and the world was crashing down on me. I can honestly say this attorney does this job to help her clients and does not do it for the money she does it to help people. This is an attorney you can trust!!! All her services were fairly priced, worth every cent. A little about my case.... She had to defend me for a bogus TRO against my own children she won. She had to defend me against another court case with the grandparents trying to get rights with four attorneys against her and she was the only one on my side, she won. She had to file a PO for me and she won. Ultimately the other side was just trying to financially drain me with frivolous lawsuits to get me to agree and she did not let that happen. I had been in court without a resolution for over three years. When she came into my life it was done in a year we finally settled out of the for the best outcome for everyone. I owe everything to her for helping our family.

I HIRED ELIZABETH TO HANDLE MY DIVORCE. SHE HANDLED IT IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY MANNER. SHE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND HAD GREAT COMMUNICATION WITH ME ABOUT MY CASE. I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO EVERYONE IN NEED OF LEGAL ASSISTANCE.
