I had my slip in fall August 19th. My friend recommend me to them. When you call the receptionist act's as if she has no concern. Jami was my caseworker she never really talked on the phone. I would call give them my name at the receptionist desk she will come back to the phone and say Jami can't take your call but while on the phone still with the receptionist Jami would email me. This went on for months. December 8th Jami said my case went to Tina the negotiator she stated that it could take up to 30 days for response I called within 3 weeks and Tina The Negotiator was asking me questions about my case as if she never even looked at my file all of the questions she was asking me if she would have looked at my filed she wouldn't have had to ask me those questions. The company has sent over their insurance information to this Law Firm months ago actually 2 months after I had the slip and fall. But I also remember Jami telling me that they were way behind on their slip and fall cases and actually when I heard that I actually see now why they are behind because they are dragging their feet as if they don't care. I was off work and lost my position at my job. I just want this case tobe over. and i ask the amout that Tina was going ask for and they still haven't tried to contact me about the amount yet.

I have contacted Berloff and Newton for any traffic offense I have received for over 10 years. Berloff and Newton worked with me to help keep my driving record clean of traffic citations and lately my Fiancee has also enlisted their assistance. They have always taken our cases and have not failed to win deferred adjudication and many times lower fines. The latest case was more complicated than just a plain speeding ticket and they still accepted the case. I highly recommend them to anybody that receives a citation. Save yourself the insurance costs and points on your license.

Haven't heard anything in months.Have called numerous times and left messages with no response:Update 11/26 Haven't heard not a word in 6 months and everytime I call someone picks the phone up and hangs up,or I'm left on hold for what seems like eons.Guess I'll just continue to not know anything about my case and just ponder in the dark.Absolute horrible,atrocious experience.

Id give half a star if available. I have not heard from the office. Im not even sure whats going on, 8 months into process. I have now heard from the office. I will update my review upon completion of my case.

Let me tell you about Kastl Law, Mrs. Kastl is representing me in a car accident and she is a bull dog! She will not allow you to be walked over, nor will she let anything slide with the opposing side. However, the staff have been a nightmare to work with. I so wanted to give 5 stars due to Mrs. Kastl's heart and performance alone, but I cannot. The young lady at the front desk answers the phone in a way that says "I hate my job, and you, so much I'm trying to make a statement about it!" Getting your phone call returned is highly unlikely unless you harass the case worker. Jamie is my case worker, she makes decisions on your case without asking you about it, doe's not even try to pretend, like she is attempting, to keep you up to date, or get anything accomplished on your case. It really seems as though, to the case workers, that the easy way out of having to get anything taken care of, is to simply just not address it at all! I'm so frustrated. It's been 2 years working with them and still, currently am and I feel extremely unimportant and honestly as though I am nothing more then in the way here now.

They did a good job on my case

Everett Newton saved my life when i was facing two separate 7 year old charges, one for felony probation violation and another for a DWI failure to appear. I had left the country and straightened out my life and needed to resolve these issues for business travel but had little hope. Each of these could could have easily landed me in jail for sometime or at least have tied me to some stringent probation that would have inhibited my travel needs. From the get go Everett was straight forward and genuine about possible outcomes but never over promising as most hard selling attorneys had been. In both cases he came into action rapidly and assured my freedom and quick disposal of both cases. To top it all off his office worked out a payment plan and his prices were spot on and not nearly as inflated as others. I cannot thank him and his office enough and can get on with my business and family with these cases resolved in full.

I liked the "hands on" feel that the Kastl Law firm provides. The staff is highly trained and I always felt that my case was in the right hands. I never felt left out of the circle. I am a professional Executive Recruiter and my standards of customer care are very high. I highly recommend Kastl Law in Dallas, Texas. I just referred Kastl Law, P.C firm to a another person this afternoon. I will always be grateful.

I contacted Mr. Newton regarding a felony violation of probation warrant and the potential consequences for myself were dire. To be clear, my case gave Mr. Newton very little to work with and knowing this I was very anxious over the issue. Mr Everett went above and beyond what I have come to expect from legal representation. He worked very hard to achieve a great outcome for me. He is experienced, ethical, very smart and took a genuine interest in me personally. Too be clear, if you are facing a serious legal issue, nothing is more vital than a hard working, intelligent and adroit attorney. I have been represented by good counsel at times, however none were as capable as Mr. Newton. Frankly, he was a Godsend.
